After 10 days use 22nd Feb i bought the product but within1 week it's not working ..song is not playing,now how can I replace it

A brochure showing the contents and a few sample songs must be includedsam
We purchased Caravan mini Tamil devotional songs. In the absence of a brochure, we did not know what songs were included. The songs are all at a high pitch and shrill. They are not soft and soothing as devotional songs should be.
