great beginner speaker if you are just trying to get by in a beater not a real big difference from most factory cars for early and late 2000's. installed these on a 04 grand am.

Decent inexpensive speaker - set your expectations accordingly for the price and they're fine
Decent cheap replacement speaker for an old vehicle - the door speakers in the back doors of my extended cab 2005 GMC Sierra had failed, and they were 4x6 size. The truck still has the factory Bose amp, but now with an aftermarket head unit. The Bose OEM speakers are weird ohm ratings, so these Hifonics replacements are not the correct match, but they work well enough for a little "fill" sound for the back seat. I adjusted the settings on the head unit to make the rear speakers (these speakers) a little louder, and they work well enough.

Excellent replacement speakers
They were not a direct fit for my Jeep, after buying the base, they worked perfectly. Excellent sound quality, they provide a OEM look. Canโt ask for anymore for the price.

Little to no bass
Sound is good, might as well be a 3 way speaker because little to no bass in them for being a 2 way speaker
