Price is great, functionality is very good, build quality .
I bought the linkmicro digital microscope to make my life a bit easier when dismantling , inspecting and re-assembling watch movements. The height adjustment and x3 lense options means it is possible to have enough space to work under the camera lense. Essential if watch repair is your main purpose for using a digital microscope. It’s not perfect or the most ideal option on the market, BUT it is the best when it comes to price and being good enough to do the job. I think it’s a great buy for me and does what I need it to do. I’m not a professional watchmaker, so don’t want to spend large amounts of money on specialist equipment. So this is ideal for me and my requirements

Great inspection tool for price!
This is a great microscope for my needs (PCB inspection), additional lenses also add some fun time like diving into invisible world of small. I wish it would have a bit larger base for larger PCBs, and also an autofocus so that I won't have to adjust focus manually if I want to look at the board at an angle (and so the focal point will be higher). But for the price it's very good!

Good for electronics workbench, but wish it was less bouncy
Pretty good, but at this price could be a little better. It works well, images are sharp, interchangeable lenses give a wide range of magnifying power, and there's plenty of room to work below the lens. Quick startup, no fiddling with a computer and booting up , less latency compared to a computer screen, it behaves just like a workbench tool should and is instantly on when needed. Comfortable to use for electronics work, compared with a visor magnifier. I have no optical microscope experience since high school. My previous electronic microscope was a USB connected "bullet" style with only one lens. I have the 10.1 inch model, which has 9 3/4 inches diagonal lighted image area. I bought this for working on electronics devices such as surface-mount soldering - the big advantage this microscope has over my old USB scope is greater working distance. For example, when I have the A lens installed and the 'scope at the top of the column, I can get 2.5 times magnification with 225 mm of free space under the lens. Another advantage is faster response time, I estimate about 130 ms compared to 300 ms with my USB connected 'scope - this makes working on stuff under the magnifier much easier. It's more convenient than setting up a computer and microscope and running software to see an image. I can leave it on the workbench and quickly get it to work without extra cabling or computer boot time. With the D lens in place and cranked as low as it will focus, I can get a 0.1 mm division on a calibration slide to cover 25 mm of the screen, or 250x magnification. You can also use digital zoom, but I found it not well calibrated - 3x is closer to 2x, for example. With higher magnification, the microscope will bounce for a second or two after you touch it - a more rigid column and base would be an advantage (I've seen reviews that say the 7 inch model isn't so bouncy). No power focus so you must touch the 'scope to focus it, which makes it bounce. Fine height adjustment rack (very useful) has a locking screw that hits the column if the boom is all the way in - a design error, in my opinion. Focus barrel is hard to operate when low to the stage, but the fine height adjust helps compensate for this. Above 1.8X digital zoom there is some visible noise in the image no matter how much light you have on it, but it's still very usable. Specimen holding clips on the base are not useful for electronic boards and in the way - large circuit boards like a PC mother board are too big to fit the stage. Slide illuminator should have clips to hold slides FLAT, and the light is not very uniform, making it less useful with the lower-power lenses. I still haven't figured out how to illuminate opaque objects like knife edges with the highest-power lens, there's no light source in the lens holder. Changing lenses is awkward for fat-fingered me, and you must remove the lens to mount/unmount the 'scope. Inserting micro SD cards is awkward due to small space, and easy to jam the SD between socket and plastic case - I use tweezers each time. The WiFi feature is not explained in the manual, I had to find a YouTube tutorial to figure it out. It's not as useful as it could be, no live view of the 'scope nor control over WiFi and I can't even figure out how to transfer files from the 'scope - this would mitigate against wearing out the SD socket. The 'scope is its own Wifi AP, so it won't join your household network. The wiring and control for the stage lights is messy - switching off the lights also switches off the 'scope and that can interrupt recording a video. I'd like more of a diffuse ring light, the spot lights produce a lot of glare. You can't turn the lights all the way off without cutting power to the 'scope. Switching to the slide illuminator is awkward. Slide illuminator needs to be secured to the base some way, moves around too much with springy power cable at the back. Here's my first attempt at de-soldering under the microscope. Here's what 0.7 mm of a calibration slide looks like at highest magnification. Here's the maximum field of view with the 'scope at the top of travel with the A lens.
