I have been really happy with the performance so far. I took a risk when I ordered this as I didn't know if I would be able to use it with my dust extractor but with the small adapter they send it fits almost perfect. The pad it comes with has holes that line up with my 3m sand paper. I run it on a 5 power level and it has held up to at least 30 minutes plus of continuous use without over heating in the summer weather as my shop doesn't have A/C in the paint department. Having used a mirka sander this I a bit bulkier but not so much to make it unusable plus I found the mirka to heat up more.
