This couch looks great, it fits perfectly in my apartment and super comfy I fall asleep on it every night watching TV. It came in 2 boxes and everything was stuffed in the bottom of the couch. The directions for set up however are super minimal so it's hard to set up if you dont have someone to help you. The coverings unzip and are machine washable which is nice. Only downside is it came slightly damaged with a hole poked in the base of it, I just set it up so you can't see it. Overall it's a beautiful piece of furniture and it's true to size and color. Definitely reccomend if your looking for a nice sectional for a smaller space. Most importantly ..All the pieces and cushions and coverings are stored for shipping inside underneath the couch in the zipper compartment and the directions for setup are VERY vauge

This is above and beyond, hands down, the WORST couch I’ve ever sat on in twenty eight years of living. I don’t expect this to be made in America quality or European leather or anything. But this thing SUCKS. I at least expected the design team to have had one person on it that knew what they were doing. It came out of the box falling apart. The fabric covering on the bottom had all the staples ripped free on one side of the chaise, and was only hanging onto one side on the couch. The bag the hardware comes in is cheap flimsy fabric, so my pieces are all throughout the couch and I’m missing two washers. No big deal, I got some in the garage. But if I was missing some of the other stuff, then this whole thing is a waste of time. The couch comes with a set of “instructions” which are just pictures of what the couch should look like at each step. Now I’m a big boy. I don’t need that kind of hand holding so I figured I could sort it out in my own. But you have three back pieces for the sofa and then three for the chaise and you’ve got to sort out which is bigger. Here’s the kicker, the chaise is BIGGER than the sofa. But there’s literally nothing to tell you that. So after about forty minutes of trying to figure out why the pieces aren’t lining up I catch on and switch it. Maybe I’m stupid, but I’m not that stupid. Then the backs have to be attached. You get a thread bolt, no heads. The point is to thread it into the back pieces and then stick it through the sofa and tighten it down with a nut. But the thread bolts don’t stop going in. They never bottom out. So I put them as close to half way as I could and hoped it was good. That wasn’t good. You have to barely have them threaded in at all to have them stick through the bottom of the couch to fasten the nut. Once the nut is on, you can’t crank til it’s tight, because the thread bolts don’t reverse thread into the couch or anything. So once you tighten the nut to a certain point it starts pulling the bolt out of the couch. Now let’s talk about the ottoman. The cushion on the ottoman was the best made part of this whole thing. But it Velcro’s onto the stand. Yes. Velcro’s. And not even good Velcro. Cheap Chinese knock off of a Chinese knock off of Velcro. Good luck keeping it on if you plan on using it. All put together it looks alright, but when you sit on it you’d swear the cushions are made of stone covered in a bit of memory foam. Could not have been more unhappy. I could have rented a uhaul and bought two much better couches off craigslist and still had money to buy a pizza, but instead I took a gamble on an amazon couch.

I had a huge sectional and I wanted something small but yet a sectional. This is perfect for my space! It’s not very comfy to sleep on but it is with all the back pillows off. It reminds me of office furniture. I don’t mind it. Easy to put together! Great price and free shipping with Prime!

Assembly instructions are just pictures without labels or measurements nor are the individual components marked (i.e. a,b,c...). Since most of the components look the same in the picture its quiet a task to assemble. Overall build quality is subpar with pieces 1" gaps at the joints of the back support. In addition the back support on the leg extension side is not the strongest, the smallest amount of force push the entire back rest which will definetly break if pushed too far too easily. The cushions are now starting to form indents in areas of high seating traffic and the back cushions fail to stay on. A single piece of velcro is not enough.

Arrived in four boxes. Very easy to assemble. Love the fact you can have the chaise part on the left or right. Soft, easy to wipe fabricI and like that the cushion covers can go in the laundry. We have lots of cats and a dog and not seeing hair stick like it did to previous couch fabric. The color looks a light grey with a tint of green to it in the low natural light from our living rm. I have ordered some sage green cushions as I feel like they’re needed to plush up the corners. Very happy!

Bought this Nov ‘22 and by Feb ‘23 it was already looking rough… Had to buy packages of fluff just to refill the cushions. Now it’s June ‘23 and there is 1 section of the couch we can’t even use anymore because it’s completely lost all reinforcements. Sounds like a broken box spring if you sit on it… I really thought this sectional was cute and we moved into a smaller apartment so I got rid of my bulky furniture and replaced it with this. Definitely the worst decision I’ve made so far.. Really unsatisfied. I have family coming over in a few weeks and I’m embarrassed by it and knowing that I can’t even have them sit on parts of the couch or they may just end up on the floor has me in a panic…DO NOT BUY! I wish I would have been warned before I did..

I am not happy with this purchase. There were several design flaws, so you can’t connect the couch pieces with the metal pieces. Also the couch is very very uncomfortable. The pieces were not labeled. Several of the cushions are too small and there are gaps between. I wish I could return it, but it weighs over 70 pounds to ship back.

I would say it’s worth the price it came within 5 days of ordering it and i love it. It fits great on our living room and they color is what it looks like in the picture. The ottoman is a bigger than i thought it was going to be which i like a lot. Now the only thing i would say that i don’t like is that is doesn’t come out as far as i would hope it would but it still works for me and my family. I would definitely recommend this couch for a first time couch or something that isn’t too but big enough for u and ur family to enjoy
