This book is amazing!!
This book provides so much valuable information! I saw it on FB ages ago, but never purchased. Itโs easy to read and understand. Both experienced and novice plant based eaters will learn a lot from this book. I consider myself an experienced plant based eater, a lot of the material, I was familiar with. But a significant amount of it was new and elevated for me. I am excited to try blending and adding water to my juices. Something I never considered to do. I just often threw the pulp away. I look forward to reading more from Aqiyl Aniyโs!!!

On My Jouney
I've actually been on the alkaline diet now for 4 months now. I have been receiving a lot of benefits from this diet for I have not been feeling fatigue nor have I been feeling bloated. I can also tell a difference regarding my shin as well. It's a lot smoother and clear. I have the book just to give me more of a guidance for other ideals and recipes. Overall, the the book has given me a better understanding and way of living regarding my health.

Herbal Novice must Buy!!
Hey this book is a good resource. ๐๐พWill have you questioning everything you eat and diagnosing all your illnesses. Definitely informative, educational and eye opening. Advice would be to absorb what you can implement it in your life then go back and re-read.๐ฏ Namaste

Great read and quite informative!
I would recommend this book to everyone who is interested! I bought the book a few years ago to heal my mom from many dis-eases & since have helped her heal a lot -very long journey still to come but I gave the book to a friend to help her heal! & downloaded the kindle book version -Iโm so grateful for the knowledge brother!

I recommend this book for its knowledge
I recommend this book to get a basic knowledge on an alkaline diet. There was a lot of information I didnโt know such as farmers feeding cows a candy based diet or that 80% of the immune system is in the digestive tract. My biggest problem with this books is that it needed to be edited. I had read other reviews saying that it wasnโt edited and hard to get through and it did make it difficult to understand what the author was saying most of the time. I think if this book was edited properly I wouldโve given it 6 stars. Iโm excited I got through this book though and I want to try some of the recipes too. I also wished he wouldโve added all the foods that werenโt and are alkaline, that way I could make more recipes than the one he offers. Another down side is that he recommends drinking a lot juices than eating, not that he doesnโt say eat but in order to realign your body, you have to drink juices. I think doing that for a short period of time is good be because itโll be like fasting while cleansing out your body, but I donโt know if Iโd recommend doing only juices for the rest of your life. I would highly recommend getting this book in the kindle version so you can check out the links provided and the resources the author added to the book. One of the juices that the author created, The Bam Bam Juice, has been modified since publishing this book and he also provides a link so you can see the update version. My overall review is that this is a great book, the information is amazing. I just wish the list of alkaline foods were added and that the book was edited properly. Other than that, I would highly recommend this book.

An easy read about the alkaline-based diet
I am reading about the alkaline diet since learning of Dr. Sebi's teachings about the reversal of disease. There is so much information! This book puts a lot of it all in one place, complete with some recipes. I am still working through this book. I am pleased with this purchase.

Well written guide for one embarking on a plant based diet
I'm a believer n follower of Dr. Sebi n his Methodology! Aqiyl Aniys explains what a plant based diet is n how it can help us gain/maintain good health! He shares how he got started! He also describes how to get started n includes food dishes that are prepared from the foods/herbs found on the nutritional! This book is a great guide for one embarking on a plant based diet

You Need This Book!!!!!
Such a great resource. This book helped synthesize and answer so many questions I've had about an alkaline lifestyle and how to get started and the research behind it. It was full of concrete information that gave me just the insight I needed to begin making changes. This is invaluable resource that I plan to keep handy and reread often.

This book saved my life!
Fantastic book, all the methods I have adopted into my lifestyle. I have lost all the bloatedness in my stomach and my waist is the smallest itโs ever been and thatโs in just two months, even my pecs are resurfacing after 25 years. This book has saved my life, restored my bp and now I donโt ever have to take tablets for the rest of my life, following a clean bill of health from the doctor. Itโs the worthiest book in my entire collection. You have not lived until youโve read this cure all. And I should know Iโm an Author by trade. Well done and keep up the good work!

great book about what to eat
this book is so interesting and will help you see the importance of food and having a good diet... I recommend it to everyone, especially if you have problems like inflammation, skin problems, cancer, or weight problems, or even understand more the natural order of things

Deep dive into nutrition
The author gives a very good explanation on how different type of food might impact the body and why an alkaline diet is preferable. The list of recipes is good too but most of them sounds like a remix of the same thing. I guess a pure Alkaline diet is indeed very boring. The question is probably what is better to die from: Acidity in the body or unhappiness of eating the same things over and over... In any case the author this book gives enough information so that people can build their own diet somewhere in the middle!
