Using daily for entire family including pets for drinking and ice. No more lugging 5 gallon jugs back and forth to water store for refills.Recently ordered 4 pack replacement filters and installed the 3 recommended after 6 months. There was a funny metallic taste so replaced the 1 yr RO filter as well. Still bad taste so called customer service and they sent the 2 filters that are for taste (RO and T33).
