I'm a sneaker head with a giant collection ranging from Nike and Yeezy to fashion'y Rick Owens and Raf Simons. Got sick of boxes upon boxes, so it was time to make this happen. After doing over two hours of research on the subject, going crazy with 40 tabs open, balancing price vs appearance and the impressions of reviewers, I settled on the smoke-colored ZLLZUU boxes.This specific type of display box is really tricky. Amazon is filled with decoys in this category so it's hard to separate the competent boxes from flimsy junk larping as the real thing.In my opinion, these are THE boxes you're looking for. They're not the cheapest, they're not the most premium, but I'm extremely happy with the purchase because they do exactly what you expect of a display box without blowing the bank or cutting too many corners.The shell of the box itself is a medium-light thickness slightly flexible plastic that feels similar to what you might expect from reusable food containers. This isn't a bad thing, cheaper boxes on Amazon use a wafer-thin plastic that is not dissimilar of what's used for Avery dividers. In the smoke color, the plastic pulls off the illusion of appearing premium and would be my strong recommendation over the clear plastic.The door itself is made of hard, clear plastic and uses magnets to affix itself to the front of the box. When built correctly, the doors feel very sturdy and give the impression of a premium box.Construction-wise — after you get the hang of building the box it's pretty easy to slap together (documentation was nowhere to be found). Took a couple of boxes to understand which side of the shell was supposed to face the front, but was a breeze once I got the idea.TL:DR - These are the shoe boxes you're looking for. Buy them with confidence. There's boxes for half the price on Amazon, and almost all of them are junk and not display-worthy. These boxes strike a good balance being sturdy enough to be dependable, while pulling off a premium appearance in the right setting.Note on size — I'm a US Men's Size 11 and these fit my sneakers perfectly. I would guesstimate that these could reasonably accommodate up to a Men's Size 12.

Size is perfect, it’s sturdy, easy asl to put together, and the value Imo is perfect. I got just one 6 pack to start and see how I’d like them and it’s definitely a go. The media could not be loaded.  So glad I chose these after taking days of researching and deciding. They are better than expected. Very durable and love the magnetic doors. My husband wears a size 10 1/2-11 and length is perfect. Any larger of a show size though may be a little tight. Once I got to the 2nd box I already mastered putting them together. They stack great and although the pieces to attach side walls are a pain to install as most require a lot of thumb force to pop them in, in the end they were secure and worth it. After buying a couple and realizing we love them we purchased more.

They fit my son's size 12 shoes but the magnet closure isn't great at all. The screw is to far in for the magnet on the door portion to connect well. Also, they're pretty cloudy vs how they appear in the picture. All in all, can't beat the price. You get what you pay for and these are good enough.

After buying multiple brands and them failing.. I had no hope left.. ordered these after reading the reviews and I am more than pleased! Right out of the box you can see they are high quality, the drop door even has magnets! They’re sturdy, strong, and exactly as pictured. What you see is what you get. I bought the clear black and I love the look of these. Will definitely be buying more for the rest of my shoes.Side note: there is a specific way to assemble the side walls.. pay attention to where the tab is on the side walls and where the hole is on the top and bottom panels.. otherwise they won’t lock right. Once you get them right, they are difficult to take apart.

Great product for storing anything from shoes to bras, jewelry, anything you want to see so that you use it. But when putting them together and snapping on the short sides - you need to make sure the tabs and the openings for them to snap into line up correctly - they make it seem like you can snap the sides on any way you want, and you can, but it isn't secure. Took me two boxes to realize it when the third one felt much better.The oval shape on the side panels should push OUT and not be an indent into the inside of the box.One side is also squared off and one side has a tab that hangs over - pay attention - the squared side goes with the diagonal cut and the tab side lines up with the other tab to make it nice and square.After you get that straight - easy peasy and they stack great and the magnetic doors on the long side are awesome.
