They come in multiple colors and sizes in handy little latchable plastic boxes. What is nice is that there is a pickup stick in there that works well to pick up the rhinestones. It's a little tricky to flip them over when they are upside down though but I don't think that's a reflection on the rhinestones themselves. I've used them in several projects as I am just starting out in polymer clay. They sparkle so nicely in the light. The hot fix glue works beautifully and I haven't had any fall off. There is a lot in the package so for $13.99 I think it's a good deal.

Purchased to add a bit of sparkle to t-shirts that I embroider. The tools work well and there is a variety of sizes and colors of rhinestones. I do need to go over them a few times and a few do become unglued after washing but they are easy to replace.

Variety of colors are really what I expected. I did not start my project yet but I can update later with pics. Price is good, it also comes with a tweezer to help placing them. Package came double wrapped what is good. Vibrant colors is what made me choose this brand.
