Great Air Fryer
I was kind of surprised to see some of the negative reviews on this air fryer. I owned one of these previously, and never had a single problem with it. My brother and sister both own this same one as well, and have never had any problems with theirs. Unfortunately, during the cold and bitter winter of 2019, our last PowerXL was taken from us in a terrible stove-related accident(no fault of the air fryer). I read reviews on tons of air fryers on my journey to replace it, but in the end I was so happy with my last PowerXL that I decided to go with what I knew. And the one I purchased now has been every bit as good as the one that I used to own. Heats up quicker than an oven or a traditional fryer, cooks more evenly and with no oil. The first time I used it, yes it had a bit of a smell, but only that first time. It's a hot appliance, the first time you fire it up its going to burn off any dust or oil that may have accumulated during manufacturing or storage, its to be expected. We use it for everything from chicken nuggets to french fries, to chicken wings and Cornish hens. Multiple racks give you the ability to cook more at the same time which is nice. Yes you need to rotate the racks because the heat is coming from the top, so whatever is on top cooks up quicker than what is on the bottom, thats not a big deal though. In any case, Extremely happy with the purchase, would recommend this kind to anyone I know looking to buy an Air Fryer.

Built to last
I have had this Air fryer for more than 5 years and still love it. I LIKE THE RACKS INSTEAD OF THE BASKET.

Yup. I'd buy this again and will be gifting it to friends.
I waited two month to write a review. Loved this product but needed to try out everything it could do. I've cooked jerky, rotisserie chicken, rotisserie sausage, dehydrated fruits and veggies chips, scallops, fish, shrimp, fried okra, the best bacon ever, home made red potato fries, chips, and scallop potatoes, and roasted many different veggies. All turned out good to excellent.....good the first time and excellent once you refine the recipe. Plus for this unit over others I investigated are it's ability to do multiple racks of dehydration, air frying, or a rotisserie. Others with just a drawer were not able to do all of that. Rotisserie is incredible. Where it lacks is the three recipe books. They are weak, but do get you started with ideas. Try some but expect to surf the internet or even buy a few books on air frying. Cleaning can require a little work depending on what you cook. Unit has lots if preset settings for foods but you soon realize none of them are optimal to the best results. Quite a bit more expensive than less capable units but if you want something that works well and you can use for many great meals, buy one.

I cooked a turkey in it....
I am a traveling worker. I bought this because I get tired of microwave meals and wanted another way to cook. It is a great little oven. You can cook a Totino's Pizza in there. It does not go up to 450* but I cook it at 400* for 10 min. and it is done. For Thanksgiving, I purchased an 8lb Butterball Turkey Breast in a cooking bag. I followed the directions on the bag as to time and temp. It came out perfectly cooked & moist. Here are a few more things I DO like: 1. You don't have to wait for it to warm up or even cool down. 2. Once you turn it off the interior heat dissipates. 3. It is not too noisy 4. It does not heat up the room 5. With the proper precautions, it is easy to clean. (I use aluminum foil) 6. It cooks really crispy Chicken wings when you use a baking power coating. Here are the things I DON'T like. 1. There is no Cookbook Conversion Table. You learn by trial and error. 2. The pictures do not accurately cook the items they represent. Don't trust that when you push the picture for shrimp, that the shrimp will be cooked all the way through. 3. If you don't guess the proper time, the cyclonic air will dry out your food. Would I buy it again? Yes! I hope that they come up with a cook book with handy conversions for various frozen foods. Would I give it as a gift? Yes! For a Studio Apartment, Dorm Room, Hotel Room, Breakroom, or where ever, this is a much better product than a Toaster Oven. (Although, it does NOT make toast)

Turned Out Better Than Expected
I saw the infomercial for this air fryer oven on TV, and being addicted to new gadgets, naturally, I just had to have one. I have one of the earlier model air fryers and have been very satisfied with it, but was impressed by this models features. The first thing I found out after getting it is that the rack height is very important for the cooking times set. After a little trial and error, however, it's not difficult to figure out. This thing is excellent for frying steaks and porkchops. Juicy and tender. The best thing I found with this unit is making french fries in the rotating basket. Walmart sells frozen french fries called "fast food french fries". Made in this basket they come out very close to McDonald's fries. Crispy on the outside and tender inside. I've not tried that dehydrator or the rotisserie yet, but I plan on making some jerky. It's also great for frozen small pizza. My only negative comment would be that it makes a mess to clean up, but I guess that's to be expected.

multi-function, easy to use
I absolutely love this air fryer! I put off buying one but SIL has this one for years! During the past hot summer I used it to cook and reheat without heating up kitchen! It is great for reheating leftovers. I have used all the functions except the dehydrator. The rotisserie makes wonderful pork loins.(They do have to be tied with cooking string,) It is a little tricky to place the spikes to make it turn but once you get it ... Thick pork chops at the right temperature come our crispy as if fried. Homemade french fries without the grease. it also cooks frozen food without defrosting like chicken fingers, etc. (Haven's used it this way but ...) Reheated fried chicken comes out fresh in 10-12 minutes! We actually bought another one for a woman in a shelter with children.

Do Not Buy! This Air Fryer -no matter how well it's cared for-Dies a premature death!
I really, really loved this air fryer. Although the rotisserie never worked, I over looked it because I liked it. I bought this item in March 2019. In June, 3 months later, my neighbor's condo caught fire and it spread to my unit also. Although my kitchen wasn't damaged, a lot of the rest was so everything that could be salvaged was packed up and stored during the re-build. I was in a rental from June 2019 until April 2020. I was so happy to have my home back and couldn't wait to use my air fryer again. It worked fine April, May, June and July. This week it quit. No warning just stopped working. So 7 months of use and it is done. After checking all the problem solving stuff I called the company and spoke to Dennis-employee number M84. Basically he told me too bad. Tried to sell me a new model. I was so disgusted at his flip attitude I told him I was disappointed they don't stand behind their product. I came into work and my coworker who bought hers (from QVC though) after I raved about mine, said hers died too. She had hers a week less than I did though she never had a fire so she got to use hers more. Stupidly I had ordered a new one before calling the company and speaking to Too Bad Dennis, but after hearing hers also died, I read reviews and I see this is a typical experience. I haven't received the new one yet but I will be returning it right away. I'm going to buy a Ninja Foodie instead. Very disappointing.

Love love love this air fryer.
I have owned this machine for 3+years, and.i.can say i used it every day. My mother in law loved my chicken saying it was the best shed ever had, which is a lot coming from a 71 year old woman. It died today so I was shopping for a new one. It's such a staple in my home. Best appliance I have used and very versatile. I didn't like the rotissary because you'd have to get a 3 pound or less chicken so I didn't bother. The fries attachment was nice, but I don't eat many fries. I used it for veggies and wings. What I loved was the fact my grandson could heat up frozen chicken bites or pizza rolls, any type of frozen fast food quickly and it had better flavor. Not only that it doesnt heat up the house like the oven. He even heats up pizza for a few minutes, he never put it in the microwave after he tasted it in here. Best money I ever spent.

Best Air Fryer!
Love this air fryer!! Use it every day and have had it for a couple of years now and it's still amazing good. Love the 3 tiers of racks to work with and how easy it is to clean. The only thing they should think about is the bottom tray... it chips/peels.. but I have had it a long time. I now use the tin foil containers at the bottom to catch all the grease/oil droppings from the meat and other things I cook. Love this air fryer! P.S. I even bought one as a house warming gift, and they love it too!

Cooking is even
Dislike that it did not come with a book about cleaning or how to use all the parts. Is a pain to clean the racks, as meat sticks to eat, the parts do go into the dishwasher but I like to get the majority of it clean first. Like, it is nice looking on the counter and does not take up that much space. We are eating healthier by using it.
