For the ambitious pasta maker with lots of storage space
I learned to make pasta from a native Bolognese chef who despised pasta makers. She said it makes the pasta too shiny and is easy to spot. So I learned everything in Italy the hard way with rolling pin and pasta board. In Italy, it seemed I had time to make pasta but here in America, ain't nobody got time for that. That's where the pasta maker comes in. This set are actually only attachments, not the pasta maker. The actual pasta maker comes with the fettucini and spagetti (and lasagna noodles). Buying this additional set will allow you to make angel hair, and two types of ravioli. You can actually stuff the ravioli more by hand but this attachments makes very even ravioli even if they are not stuffed to the gills. Also, it makes them quite quickly without a lot of mess so these attachments are great if you are offering different kinds of pasta in one meal. Just be sure not to put too much filling on the pasta noodle when cranking the machine. IT will really dirty up the attachment. These pieces are rather bulky and heavy and will practically need a drawer all to itself (along with the pasta maker) to store. But once you have homemade pasta dough with this maker, you'll be loathe to eat dried pasta ever again. I use my pasta makers during the holidays because the family anticipates it so. These attachments make me look like a pro (to everyone but my pasta teacher!)

A fine set of attachments
My biggest gripe with the pasta maker that I got previously was that it only had the ability to cut two different types of pasta, so these were a great addition. As with the two cutters I originally had, these aren't the easiest to clean--they aren't supposed to be submerged (likely to avoid water in the gearbox) but can't be disassembled, either. Other than that, they work great.

I made a pasta match!
I had a great find. I was able to get a pasta machine base at a thrift store for $2.00! I was thrilled to find one for cheap. However it has no name on it so I didn't know how to order the attachments so I could make multiple types of pasta.I saw this set and decided to take a chance that it would fit as it says it fits most brands. At first I thought it didn't match but then it slid in and fit. You can see above in the picture, the two grooves the attachment must slide into. One of the ravioli makers has slightly thinner width and it almost slid out, but I think I can adjust the sliders to fit better and stay in.Very excited about this. I can't use it yet because it's a present (sh....it's for me...don't tell me you've never done this cause you have and you know it) and I have to act surprised when I open it on Christmas. After looking it over I carefully packaged it up and put it back in the box.The box describes what types of pasta you can make with it.They are heavy duty and seem well made. I am wondering about how hard these will be to clean though. I imagine it's like anything else; if you clean it promptly stuff comes right off.I'll find out soon enough!

As described
Please don't be like me and skip over the important part of the description. These are just the attachments to a pasta maker. Which i don't currently have anymore due to giving it away when I got the attachments for the Kitchen-aid mixer.I saw these on amazon and briefly read the description and totally missed that these are just the attachments. So I haven't yet got to test them. However, just from what I can tell these seems like good quality to me. I am familier with pasta rollers so they look and feel good. That is pretty much all I go off on.

It did not come with a sheet roller!
I like what I did get but it didn't come with a sheet roller. It would come out better if I could roll it from a wad to a thick sheet. It tears my dough trying to grab whatever it can. For the price the quality seems good. Will update on how it wears down over time.

Almost perfect accessory set to the CucinaPro Pasta Maker
This accessory set is everything you would expect quality wise at this price point from CucinaPro. I have given the set 4 stars for a couple of reasons:1. With everything so beautifully wrapped in polished stainless steel, why did they use plastic internal rollers for the lasagna, and ravioli cutters? It was almost a home run, but not quite. Will the plastic cutters pose a problem? I don't really foresee one. It's not like I'll be sending anything hard through them, but still...2. They include a Fettucine and Spaghetti Attachment in this accessory set. Anyone who has purchased a CucinaPro will already have this attachment, as is comes with the machine, so another factor for the one star deduction. It would have been better to include a 5th attachment for something else that would expand what you can make even further! All in all, this set has given me additional attachments that has expanded my pasta making world to new and exciting heights. Each attachment slides into the grooves on the maker with ease. As far as cleanup goes, follow the instructions included. Resist your urge to grab it and wash it off in the sink etc. Let it sit out until and excess stuck pasta dough dries and just knock it off, then wipe down with a slightly damp cloth.

Perfect for Homemade Pasta
We own an Atlas pasta maker and have to add this attachment set so we can expand the type of pasta my wife makes for us. I knew I needed to get this for her since she loves to cook. Now she can experiment and make not just spaghetti, but fettuccine, angel hair pasta and two sizes of raviolis. These are very well made and sturdy pieces. Fairly heavy weight to them. They are made of a chrome coated steel. I know they will last a long time because we have had the basic pasta maker for over 10 years now.My wife can’t wait to try it this weekend. She is going to try the ravioli attachment. Normally she uses a ravioli mold. It even has a booklet with few recipes in it, including a ravioli filling recipe.Highly recommended item to add to your kitchen and for the food lover in your life.
