Great way to supplement magnesium for individuals who run low in magnesium or for individuals who find migraine relief/ pain relief from higher amounts of magnesium supplements.I found this product to be relaxing and tasty. Taste is light and it is carbonated so if you’re not into mild flavor carbonation drinks than this might not be for you.It definitely helps me relax, sleep better and magnesium is great for pain relief and helps keep you regular also lol tmi I know , but this drink really can be helpful as a treatment option for ailments. It’s also a great replacement drink for those who do not drink alcohol but want to have a drink with friends. It will not give you a buzz or anything like that but it definitely has a chill factor to help you relax. Wish it wasn’t so pricey but it’s pricey no matter where you purchase it. Its a decent supplemental drink and is on my repurchase list.

Love this drink. It helps me relax after a long day of work and definitely helps me have better quality sleep. The black cherry is my favorite flavor. It is expensive, but it is so worth every penny.

I don’t drink alcohol so this is a really nice alternative . I love the taste . I have 1-2 in the evening & sleep like a baby. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive . You can still drink it durning the day, but I enjoy it mostly in the evenings

Great alternative to alcohol! It really does work well. I have 2 in the evening and feel relaxed. They taste a lot like White Claw and very low calories. Great tasting but twice as expensive as a 12 pack of White Claw. Don’t understand why it’s SO expensive.

I really enjoyed this drink, and the strawberry rose was by far my favorite flavor! I got the variety pack first though and honestly so the flavors were really good. I tried another similar brand of drinks, Trip, and I didn’t like any of the flavors in their variety pack so if you are debating between Mood and Trip, I recommend Mood. It didn’t really make me feel any different, maybe slightly relaxed. I wild compare it to having a cup of chamomile tea. It’s a little pricy but it’s a nice treat every now and then.

The drink is sorta like an unsweetened nectar. (The texture is kinda thick), but the flavors taste good. I felt relaxed but it wasn’t like an alcohol buzz, just very calm. I think you could probably get the same feeling with a bottle of magnesium pills. That being said, would I purchase again for the price absolutely NO. This was definitely an one time purchase. It’s too expensive and not worth the money.

I broke down and purchased these during Prime Day and now I can't imagine a day without them.I drink one each morning and it's almost as if clears the fog without feeling jittery. I might not be able to tell when I drink one but I can definitely tell when I don't.The flavors are good. I like the strawberry rose. They are on the pricier side but totally worth it.

Don’t expect this to work miracles. At the end of the day you can buy the supplements that are in this drink, but the lemon balm is definitely the enhancement that helps the body balance out a little. I suffer from extreme anxiety and depression. I have noticed this is a decent tool to help mellow out. I do drink it at late afternoon early night when anxiety normally starts to spike with me. It’s worth noting I take it with 2 magnesium capsules to increase calming effects. No smell. Crisp like carbonated water. Tastes are good. I got the sampler packs. Strawberry Rose, raspberry or the lime seem to be my preferred but they are all decent. The vanilla orange I let sit to remove the carbonation - tastes a lot better after that. Reduced jitteriness and over thinking.
