My suggestion is stop using the sights, its feel, and similar to drawing a bow. forget the sideways stuff the idea is to keep an almost straight arm with out locking you elbow and drawing back as close to the cheek bone as possible just under your eye, don't worry if you can't bring your drawing hand all the way back, just rest your arm on your cheek with your drawing elbow pointed up ward and center your aim it in the middle of the yoke, keep the bands straight as possible and level so up down and side to side is all in your trunk and keep your SS flush. now everyone is different and people like doing things different ways but the SS is basic, so lets keep it that way and you will have more fun and learn what is best for you! not trying to give a lesson this is just how I've always done it and it work well for me. play around until you find what is best for you. i really love this SS its a great buy. well worth it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice inexpensive slingshot *by L***E on September 30, 2018* The only problem I had is that it is difficult to determine a back and front. In retrospect, I put the tubing in backwards, as the place where it goes has sleeves to hold it in place. I learned this when I was using it, pulling slightly more than normal and one tubing came out, leaving a painful compression wound on my finger. I was able to find the sleeve that came out and mount it correctly, The tubing has little round balls that hold the tubing in the slots in the slingshot. I notice that they will eventually give was as the tubing slowly slides over the balls and I expect will eventually give way - probably resulting in more pain.
