No water needed, calms you without making you groggy.
It works! I keep it by the bedside, I'm a poor sleeper & need these to help me calm down. Put a few -two or three- in your mouth (no water needed) let them dissolve and go to sleep. Won't make you groggy in the morning which most them do.

Works great for anxiety!
Update:Did not help with restless leg syndrome. These work wonders for anxiety! Will help coming off some m.e.d.s! I like how they dissolve & they're a little sweet! I had slight restless legs last night & I couldn't tell if they worked. I was able to fall asleep though. I'll update next time restless leg is bad.
