Wow! Where do I begin? Well, back on October 8, 2021 my first bottle of Andrew Lessman Women's Wellness arrived. So this is my 4 1/2 year review of this product. Since I started it has been upgraded with more nutrients so now it's called Ultimate Women's Wellness. It is February 2026. I am now 54 years old. I started going through menopause in my late 40's. I started having migraines like you wouldn't believe. I'd been to my DR/PA and they tried several different medications and none of them would even touch the pain, light sensitivity, touch, movement, and sometimes even smells. The migraines came every single day. There was maybe a handful of days out of a month that I didn't have a migraine. I learned to navigate through life with them. I had no other choice. I knew these migraines were hormonal. That was something I figured out on my own. Then, one day, my sister mentioned this product and said why not give it a good try. My parents had several Andrew Lessman vitamins that they took and they loved AL products. So I ordered a bottle of 360 capsules and thought, I'm going to give it a good, fair try. At this point, daily migraines were my only symptoms that menopause was heading my way. I often thought to myself, "hmmm... I wonder if I'll get by through menopause without all the hot flashes and night sweats that all my friends and family who were my age were experiencing." Lol, not a chance. That came later. So, 10/8/21 I opened my first bottle and whew, did it smell awful to me. I took the recommended dose of capsules. After about an hour I noticed my migraine was more of a mild headache. Over the next few days I kept taking it as recommended, but I'd burp up the flavor of the pills, which wasn't horrible, but I definitely didn't like burping them up. So, I decided I'd try taking them at night so I wouldn't taste them. Well, it worked. I no longer burped them up, they didn't keep me awake, and best of all, I wasn't having migraines. I couldn't believe it. One night we were out of town and I forgot to take my 2 vitamins. Well, you guessed it, I woke up the next morning with a migraine. When I got up, I quickly took them and after about an hour it was gone. Praise the Lord the supplements were working. I think they gave me some energy also, but because I was so focused on my migraines, I don't remember noticing if they helped much in that way or not. After about a year of taking the UWW religiously (or suffer the consequences, which I did from time to time) I started getting the hot flashes and night sweats (although, the night sweats weren't horrible). I started looking at more Andrew Lessman products for this new issue and found Andrew Lessman's Positive Passage for women going through menopause or around that age. I ordered a bottle of Positive Passage and that pretty much took away (most of) the hot flashes (as long as I took them regularly) and it also helped me go to the bathroom (bm). I've had a sluggish constitution my whole life, even as a child (the struggle is real). So here I am, in mid-February on my granddaughters birthday, and want to tell everyone what Andrew Lessman's supplements have done for me. They have changed the quality of my life so dramatically that, Lord willing, I will never be without them, specially, the Ultimate Women's Wellness (which still smell, but not overly stink to me anymore). I've ordered them for my daughter and have shared my story with friends and family, and so I figured it was time for me to write a review. So, that's it. I can't promise you that everything will be the same as my results, because everyone's body is different and how our body reacts to things is also different with each person, but I do think you should give it a try, and if you've read this to the end, you're looking for something to help you. Give it a try. I think you'll be glad that you did. One more thing, if you haven't given God a try, try Him as well. He's never let me down, and accepting Him as my personal Saviour, was the best decision of my life. God bless!

Life changer - i worked for Andrew for 5 years in my 20s amazing experience here in Henderson NV. I take several AL products for prevention and good health. When I started to have hot spells for the first time in my life, it was also the first time I reached out to AL help me with an immediate problem. Everything lifestyle wise was already being done and, after changing bedding, clothing, using a cool humidifier overnight and already exercising and eating right, it was very frustrating to find nothing helped after doing it all right. All the advice was the same but I could not stay asleep and my fear was it would get worse. I finally turned to the brand I trust the most and I was not disappointed. After reading several reviews to try it and give it at least a week or more, this product and that advice saved me. I actually teared up when I realized I had slept through the night three days after starting on 1 pill twice a day. Finally, I was helped. My hot spells diminished and, when I paired this with AL Evening Primrose Oil, my 8-10 spells in the day faded away along with some other physical symptoms I had started to experience. 3 weeks later I am back to my old self so much so I may back off to one a day for each and see if I can manage it from there. I am beyond appreciative of this brand. I also bought his Positive Passage which remains untouched because this did the trick. Highly recommend if you are suffering through the symptoms of womanhood. You don't have to. Try it and see if this works for you. It's been a sleep and life saver.

these definitely are great for balancing hormones. I’ve taken these consistently for over 5 years and only experienced hot flashes before discovering them and after running out of them and being unable to find them in stock.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE.

I didn't think this was really working at first. But then when I got to the end of the first month of taking them and I noticed: I have more energy, I sleep better at night and even if I wake up I go right back to sleep. I am not sweeting as bad at night. I still have some perimenopause symptoms. But I do think this supplement helps.
