Poor quality video compared with my last video doorbell, took 4 days to get the motion detection working and now even on low it's constantly going off. The detection parameters are poor as not only people but cars and a tree blowing in the wind set it off. Video playback also not that good very blocky like video from many years ago. The only good thing is the free cloud storage

Wasn't what I expected, especially the chime.

This doorbell camera is really well designed. It comes with a rechargeable battery but you can use a 12V supply if preferred.The instructions are very clear and the mounts have stickers indicating which way up etc. Fixing the mount with either screws or sticky pads was also a nice touch.Once the camera doorbell was installed, load the app onto your phone, mine was an iPhone and very quick download, sync with WiFi and hey presto you can start to set up your preferences.This came with a 32GB micro SD card which is great for about 1 hrs worth of video capture depending upon what video quality you use. This for me was roughly a month’s worth of use.I’ve set up the card to overwrite the oldest video when the memory card is full, so it keeps rolling every 30 days.Therefore I personally think this is long enough for me not to subscribe to capturing video in the cloud. Obviously if I get burgled and they steal the camera I’m lost video evidence but it’s held quite securely and I’m sure burglars are more likely to leave it alone. Hopefully it will actually put burglars off!The bell lights up at night which is a nice feature.so far the battery lasts just over a month in between charges.Finally the video quality is excellent at both day and night time recording.I’m really impressed with this camera doorbell highly recommend.

Not as slick looking as some of the other video doorbells out there, it has quite a long, black face to it. Comparatively bulk as well, but it houses a lot of battery (seems to be lasting over a month before needing recharged).I didn't take the subscription option, so miss out on a few features, but generally it's still useable.The motion detection works well... actually, it works too well, I've set mine to the lowest sensitivity....it's still activating if a car drives past on the street...it's 8 metres from my door to the pavement, so into the road must be 10 meters away. With the subscription, I'd have been able to set activation zones.Picture quality is good, with 2K/1080P visuals. It will stutter at times during playback, but you will literally...get the picture.There is some storage (you can add an SD card if you wish) either built in or they've thrown in limited cloud storage (you get more in the subscription), that'll keep your clips for a week (again, longer storage with the subscription).One feature I'm especially pleased to see, this will connect to your Alexa account, so just by asking, you can have the camera displayed on your Echo Show, or even through your firestick onto your TV.Two way chat is obviously built in, so you can tell whoever is at the door that you'll be right there or they should go away, as you don't want to change supplier, etc...As you approach it, the push button actually illuminates, as someone coming to your door, wouldn't necessarily realise it was your doorbell. A nice touch that'll draw their eye to it.A very good effort at a video doorbell, just a few niggles, but overall, works very well.

I got this for our front door, I found it easy to install with the kit provided. You have the option of using the sticky adhesive pad or screws/wall plugs.There is a bracket also provided to be able to tilt the camera left/right or down.Once installed I set up the camera doorbell by following the on screen instructions on the app for connecting to my home WIFI. After this was done I had a play around with the settings and was impressed with the video quality it produced even in the night.I pressed the button and a call came through on my phone to which I could see myself stood at the door where I was able to do a 2 way conversation.There is also a anti theft alarm for if anyone did decide to try steal it from your door.This is powered by a rechargeable battery and to do this you do have to take the doorbell of its mount but this is no issue, or you have the option of wiring it up so you do not have to keep recharging it.At night time the button lights up so you can see where to press.However I have removed 1* as it states in the listing supports up to 128G Micro SD(32GB SD card included) but there was not one in the box or the doorbell card slot.You do need to purchase the plan if you would like to use the full options and longer cloud storage I have added a photo of what you get with no plan and the other plans.Overall I am happy with this and its an excellent thing to have.

A very good doorbell that can give the bigger brands a run for their money.Securely fastens to the door via the attachments.It looks smart and isnt too big either.App response times are very good, takes seconds to get a remote viewing.Battery life is also brilliant too and lasts just as long as a brand that starts with a R.recommended.

A good doorbell with a very good 2k camera. Night time view is also good. The only downside is that this is quite a big unit for a doorbell camera, it’s quite thick, long and heavy. Which would not be to everybody’s tastes. But it works well and option of a free basic cloud plan.
