Great product! 100% blackout
Super easy to use and complete blacked out my daughter’s nursery! I love how there is an option to put velcro on if you want so that you can let light in during the day! Great product 10/10 recommend.

100% blackout
These were so easy to install and extremely effective. My baby’s nursery has blackout curtains but they don’t lay flush with the wall, so some light creeps out at the top and sides. I figured it was worth it to try this product after a few difficult naps and early mornings.I trimmed them haphazardly because I was in a hurry, so they were still a little too big for the window, but I went on anyway. I also forgot to clean the outside of the window frame. But the little clear, sticky circles worked anyway. I adhered the top, then one side of the material as straight as I could, and worked my way down the other side to keep the material tight. I used 9 sticky circles; one on top, 4 on each side. I skipped a bottom circle because I still have half the material left and may want to block a window when we travel so I’m bringing it along, and the blinds held that extra material down anyway. The material is lightweight, but definitely blocks out light. I would have posted a picture…. But there would be nothing to see. I work nightshift and will likely buy this again to use in my room for my day sleeps!

Blacks out the sign, ugly on the outside
Does it it's supposedd to. Blacks out the light. Easy to install. Measure, cut, use included velcro straps to secure curtain to window. Works great! 4 stars because it's really really ugly on the outside

Must buy!
I’m so happy with this purchase! It’s 100% black out, make sure to leave a little extra so no sunlight comes out around the edges. Scissors work fine but I found a razor blade to be more effective in making a clean cut. Good quality fabric and keeps the sunshine that wakes me up early away.

Easy and perfect for black out
Read the previous reviews and decided to give it a try. These are great to keep heat out, super easy to cut and measure, and the stickies are strong. Would highly recommend

Inexpensive, but works....
Very basic window cover, very thin material and directions weren't great for attachment. But it got the job done, room is dark and blocks most of the light.

Cheaper than therapy
This product far exceeded my expectations!!! I have a window above my bathtub that has the rainglass you cannot see through, but of course it lets light in (cellular shades diffuse it some). I wanted to be able to relax in a bubble bath with candles in a completely dark room, and this product does not disappoint! It is very easy to use and I was able to put it up without a second set of hands. I used the adhesive circles that come with it since I plan to keep it up all the time. It also comes with 12 velcro strips that are each 4" long, and I will keep those to use with something else. My window is 46" x 46", so I cut the curtain in a 47" x 47" piece. You want to clean the outside of the window frame where you will adhere to the metal window frame. I think it is wise to stick this beyond the edge of the actual window glass so that the light is physically unable to penetrate any cracks. This is why the instructions say to cut it a little larger than the window. I used 16 of the 18 provided adhesive circles, which are VERY sticky. Peel each one off, stick to the clean metal frame facing inside to the room. The next step I would do differently next time. Then you peel off the other side (facing you) of each circle that is now on the frame to expose the sticky part that you will apply the curtain to. They are so sticky that it was a bit tricky to get each one started to pull off the backing...next time I would actually expose the sticky on both sides before putting it on the wall because you could just barely touch it to the frame so that your skin does not touch much of each side. Once you have the entire window frame ready with sticky side exposed toward you, start at the top and hold the curtain up (black side facing you) to make sure it exceeds just beyond each side and the top. Press the curtain hard against each sticky circle. Since you just barely stuck it on the wall to prevent pressing the inside sticky side, now pushing the curtain from the black side will allow you to press the circle well into the frame. Work your way down each side simultaneously to make sure the curtain again just barely passes over the edge of the frame and sticks to each circle, finishing the bottom horizontal side last. I cannot send a picture with the lights off because it literally is a dark room and I cannot believe not a single sliver of light comes through! Since this is between my window and the cellular blind, you cannot even tell it is there. Draw up my bubble bath, light the candles, and relax the cares away any time of day!! This would also work great with the velcro strips when traveling with small children who fall to sleep easier in darkness, especially outside of their normal sleeping location.

I can sleep well. It takes the light out!
So, I cut this to size for each side of my bedroom window so the window will still operate.I used the hook and loop attachments in there so it is easily removed if needed. The little sticky dots work well but seem to lose their utility when on the window frame with the heat from sunlight (tested on a different window). There can be light through small portions but for the most part it blacks out the room. Will buy again.
