I’ve been suffering with a migraine for most of this week and my usual medication wasn’t working . After desperately searching for an alternative to medication I came across the Halo cold cap . As soon as it arrived I popped this into the freezer for an hour , the bag was really useful to keep the cap protected whilst it was chilling . I must say the cold was too much to begin with so I waited a few minutes and tried again . The cap provided instant relief and the soft gel texture was comforting, the weight of the cap is great as the extra pressure supports in relieving pain. The Halo Cap is so easy to use and is excellent quality , the gel stays cold for a long time and the bag provided is handy for storage and to protect when freezing. You can wear the cap above your eyes or if you prefer to cover up your eyes to provide a dark place to ease your head . The cap is also really comfortable to sleep in and provides extra cushion support with the gel. I would definitely invest in this if you are a frequent migraine or headache sufferer. I have been suffering for years and I wish I had invested in one of these sooner !

Wow!! The gel is around a cm thick! It stays cold for ages the weight of it is beautiful perfect for migraines and it lives in the freezer!! I must say it’s also good to de puff your face especially the eye area. The quality of this is wonderful I’m so glad I didn’t get a cheaper version. Also perfect for making you feel sleepy if you wear it over your face for 5 mins before bed .. but I got it for my migraines and it’s the best thing ever! Do not buy any other type just get this one and save on the disappointment! Best purchase this year!! Xx also if you feel it’s too cold just put it in the fridge but personally, I like mine in the freezer! It will also work as an instant cooler for summer when you can’t sleep cos it’s too hot and you need that instant cool me down. Nice bit of face freeze 😂 I mean it’s the gift that keeps giving honestly. Infact I might buy another for my son as he said it made him feel like he could just fall to sleep effortlessly!

Love this cap. When I get migraines I prefer cold so put it in the freezer for a bit and its lovely and cool round my whole head. Its not tight put it does apply slight pressure round tou head, which I also finds helps my head. Really helped with he pain. Can also put in the microwave if you prefer warm on your head.

Really good migraine cap. I’ve tried cheap ones but this one is by far 100x better. The gel pads cover the entire front and back of the cap and are very thick gel pads. It is a heavy cap but I actually think that helps with the headaches and migraines I get. The only downfall for me is that it only stays cold for maybe 10 minutes (I keep mine in the freezer constantly until I need to use it to it’s freezing cold but warms up quite fast). Overall I’d say it’s working really well to give me some relief though and doesn’t take too long to become cold again once it’s back in the freezer.

I’m so impressed with the MyHalos children’s headache and fever cap! My son has ADHD and sensory sensitivities, so finding something that actually works and feels comfortable has been a challenge. The fabric is incredibly soft and gentle on the skin, which makes him much more willing to use it. It provides quick relief, which is such a relief for both of us during those tough moments. I also love that it comes with a handy bag — it keeps the cap clean when not in use and odour-free in the freezer. Overall, such a thoughtful, well-made product that really makes a difference. Suits all shapes and size heads. Really lovely soft outer that is comfortable on face. Really good quality and works a dream. Been using KOOL pad for migraines but thought I would get something reusable. This was recommended and I'm pleased I got it. Would definitely recommend.

This works well. It’s a bit too cold when it first comes out the freezer for me, but it stays pleasantly cold a while - maybe 30 minutes and really makes a big improvement to the migraine because it goes all the way round your head.
