Pirates Wigs Bandana Dreadlock DLX Jack Sparrow Halloween Costume

So, I ordered this wig not too long ago for a friend of mines birthday party, as she wanted me to dress up as jack sparrow for Halloween this year. Realizing that I was lacking the wig, (as the old one fell apart) I went to amazon to find a new much more high quality wig. I came across this one and once I looked it over in the picture I figured it was good enough to buy, so I did. The pros: I wasn't disappointed in the quality as this is one of the most realistic wigs I've seen...good enough to pass for one of Disney's actual wigs. The Cons: there's only two..its a three piece wig for one..and jacks Jewlery comes in a bag but they come in a little loop and they're is seemingly no way to hook it onto the wig...which leads me to con number two..there's no instructions on how to put it together, so your kinda on your own in that department. All and all its a VERY good wig and I can't wait to wear it this Halloween. If you got the time for it, I do reccamend it, but If you're looking for something you can just wear once and toss aside, don't buy this.

First id like to say the wig doesnt have a good seam at the forhead. It bulges out really high at the top and honestly looks really bad on its own. But with the bandana it covers this flaw. Secondly I already feel like the hair is starting to fray and its pretty itchy on my neck. So im not sure how well it will hold up in the years. The price is high and there were lots of things I just werent happy about, but in the end the final product looked great and thats what really matters and why it still gets 4 stars. If you want it better youll probably just have to make it yourself.

It is so real I really like it.

The wig itself was BULKY. Not just a little uncomfortable but large, scratchy, and bulky. I ended up cutting the dreads off the wig and tying them together to make extensions and cut some of the braid off(the bulkiest part) and rebraided it then turned it into an extension as well. I bought some separate jewelry for the dreads and decorated them myself. I bought a ponytail extension and tied the smaller beads and stick to it. The only thing that made this worthwhile was the beads and the bandana.

I am sorry, but this is NOT a good wig if you are thinking of being Captain Jack Sparrow. Here is a list of issues I have with this wig * A very strong Halloween wig smell * Beads are way too big and shiny for a Captain Jack representation * Bandanna is made of silk and doesn't fit the part well, too shiny. * Wig looks like like an octopus rather than a Captain Jack wig * The top is so "poofy" it looks like Elvis hair (you can see it in the review pictures others have posted) * The sail bone is a chopstick * It feels slick and slip and slides in your hands Do yourself a favor and go to YouTube "Jack Sparrow Wig - Cosplay Tutorial", you will have a much better, original, and authentic(ish - depends on how much time you put in) looking wig compared to this one. Nothing against the seller, it is just the wig is horrible for a Captain Jack Sparrow cosplay/costume, savvy.

Well made and authentic in all ways. The only problem I had at first was the hanging beads kept falling off the loops. I finally figured a weird way to loop them and they stayed on.

Excellent wig for costumes! Quality is great!
