Quality has gone down
I've purchased these for years and this last batch is basically an index card with some printing on it. The previous iterations were coated and glossy. I won't purchase these again but if your budget for passport photo supplies is tight and your supplies are running out, they work in a pinch but don't quite feel as professional as other versions out there.
