Photos of the band - a day in the life
I was underwhelmed at first - its all black and white and many of the photos we've seen before. But as I went through the book while listening to the live album I started to appreciate the intended structure. Its a photo book that tells the story of what life was like for the band on a given night (there are photos from 1972-1975 so its obvi more than one night). Starts with pre-gig, load in, onto the show, after party, and then travel to next gig.I gave it 4 stars because I will enjoy picking up the book but it didn't wow me. I can't decide if I'm bummed its black and white, the consistency doesn't hurt the story. The captions at the end of the book are detailed enough. I had expected more but I suppose the bottom of the barrel has been reached long ago.

Amazing condition
Buying an album can be tricky. So many choices. Original issue, reissue, remastered. Which one is best? I prefer the original issue. This record has no scratches on it. Amazing quality. I'm super happy.

There really is no dark side of the moon, matter of fact it's all dark
Roger waters is genius, however DSOTM wouldn't have come to fruition without Gilmore's guitar, wrights songs Great Gig in the Sky and Us and Them as well as masons drumming. Not much difference between the original pressing and rerelease

Big disapointment
I cannot believe that this is nothing more than a book of photographs. It should have been titled, " Jill Furmanovsky's Scrapbook".To make it worse, you have to turn to the back of the book to find out what the picture is. At best the descriptions are scant. When I pre-ordered this in November in good faith I expected to read the history of "Dark Side Of The Moon". There is none. No mention of Alan Parson or Abbey Road. No tip of the hat to Syd Barett. No interviews.I saw Pink Floyd on 14, March 1973 at what used to be Bostons Music Hall shortly after the album was released and it made a major impression on my future relationship with music. So please believe me when I say this book is a big disappointment.Based on reviews I am hoping that Martin Popoffs book is what we are tru.y looking for. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0760379297/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
