Does the job well and a very good price for the amount of capsules you get

Uncertain whether I can identify any benefits.
My wife and I have been taking NMN, NR and Resveratrol consistently, for the best part of 18-months. Having read Daniel Sinclair's book: "Lifespan Why we age โ and why we donโt have to." I am sceptical of the reviews that claim to have seen a difference due to taking these supplements in only one or two weeks. Sinclair's description of what the supplements do in the body suggest to me that we need to look longer term and 18-months feels like a reasonably sensible period. [According to his book it took 6-months for his Dad to comment upon the changes he'd noticed (see p142)] My wife and I are both mid 60s [we were born 1 month apart] and are active. My wife is a typically active 60+ year old whereas I am somewhat more athletic. We both eat a very healthy (largely vegan) diet though we do take Omega 3, 6, 9 supplements. Due to a health condition, I have bi-monthly blood tests that test my red and white blood cell count. In addition, we have private blood tests that cover off cholesterol, diabetes, vitamin deficiencies etc. We are both measured regularly for BMI, body fat, muscle mass etc., in addition, I also get my V02 max tested. I score on the "athletic" end of the spectrum for BMI, body fat and V02 max. My wife's measures are more typical of a reasonably healthy mid 60 year old. My blood test results (bar one measure) are largely those of a fit and healthy 30-year old. My wife's are more typical of a reasonably fit and healthy 60+ year old. For example, she has slightly elevated cholesterol at 5.5. Mine is 2.9. Because I've been a competitive runner I also know my times for running a mile back to 1973 (it's currently roughly twice what it was back then!) I also have blood, BMI and body fat test results going back long before I started taking NR, NMN and Resveratrol. Taking these supplements does not seem to have made one jot of difference to my results. It hasn't made the good results better nor has it improved the poor result (I have a low white blood cell count). That continues to remain low. These supplements don't seem to have improved my ability to build muscle mass, not have they enabled me to improve my grip strength. These are all things that, as a 60+ year old I struggle with. You may wonder whether the measures I am looking to improve are those that these supplements should improve but I have re-read the relevant section of Sinclair's book. The point of these supplements is that they: "...suppress epigenetic changes to maintain the youthful program." They ".... reduce the build-up of informational noise that causes aging, thus restoring the program." In essence, the way I see it is because the program has been restored, my body should become capable of performing at a more youthful level and I don't think it is. I have to work very hard to improve these measures even very slightly. It seems to be that, after 18 months, I should see some improvement in my white cell count; I should see improvement in my ability to build muscle mass and improve grip strength. Were my body becoming more youthful, I'd expect to be able to build and maintain muscle mass more easily and improve my grip strength. I am not; I continue to see slow decline.... In summary, over 18-months I can see no measurable difference pre and post supplementation. The differences that exist between my wife and I (BMI, body fat, cholesterol etc.,) seem to be wholly down to our differing exercise regimes, genders and genetics. Will I continue to take the supplements: "Yes - probably." I see taking them as an insurance policy. As long as it's not doing any harm (and they don't seem to have made things worse) I'll keep taking them as long as I can afford them or until I find anything that I think might be better. Edit: Have decided to go for a few months without taking them to see if we can actually notice any difference

Have taken for around a week and can already feel the benefit. Not cheap but a rare supplement you can actually feel the benefits.

Apparently the elixir for youth
I was first introduced toNR watching an interview with David Sinclair. From my research some of the benefits included that I wanted to experience were the following... 1. Increased joint mobility 2. Reduced allergies 3. Firmer plumper skin 4. Mitigating the onset of aging on a DNA level So far I've experienced improved sleep quality, reduced joint inflammation in the mornings and after work outs and a more even complexion. It comes in a teeny tiny bag and I add a tiny scoop to a vitamin c effervescent mixed with water, msm and nac powder. This combo tastes awful but the benefits outweigh the 5 seconds of discomfort taking it. I chase it down with lemon water or green tea.

Good seller although concerned about price
Researching product for its anti aging properties. Am happy with the product, although having bought the product over the last 2 months I am concerned the item has already increased in price by ยฃ5 making the item less accessible to me in future.

Congealed ๐ญ
Bought this in May '22 , went to use t about 6 weeks later, it had congealed, so didn't end up using it. Too late to return.. Guessing this is why it's now in capsules. Just looked at this again, can't believe how expensive it is now. ยฃ19.99 to ยฃ44.00 (Can't see original details, so now sure product compares, powder v Capsules. As in quantity. Unfortunately cannot justify buying it. I use their Ultimate 8 Magnesium loose powder, which is an excellent product. If this product reduces in price, I'll buy sure to buy.
