It's pretty good and has more uses as well. You can use it on your feet and hands too, especially since I work a lot with my hands it releases a lot of that tension.

I really like the neck massager. It feels really good. It has straps to put on like a harness so I can still use my hands which is nice. Sometimes I just hold the straps with my hand and move the massager to get the back of my head, all of my neck, and gets deep in my shoulders. It also has heat to help the muscles relax. I get a stiff neck, and I really do think this helps loosen it up. Either way it feels really good. Good quality and price

I bought this product yesterday and received it today. It is perfect. It works beautifully smoothly and not too hard. You can adjust how hard it is by just moving your arms. I used it on my neck and shoulders, my upper back, my mid back, and my lower back and sciatic area. I love it. I have a shiatsu seat back massager. But the thing I like about this is, I can move it just a little bit to the right or a little bit to the left and get that perfect spot hit just right. I would definitely recommend this and I never give reviews.

I purchased this neck and back massager for my mother. Of course, in true surprise gift fashion, she wanted me to try it out first. When I first used it, it helped with my shoulders some, but I guess since my shoulder aren't that tense, it didn't have the effect I was expecting. My mother on the other hand? SHE LOVES IT! She and I both tend to carry our stress in our shoulders so I guess I wasn't stressing much when I tried it. When she used it though you would've thought I had given her a gift card or something lol. In her words "all that stress in my left shoulder, it looked that up real good and helped a lot". There you have it folks! If you have tight muscles, it definitely works. The heat feature is nice as well and adds that extra umph to it!

I am sixty year old man and I have been suffering muscle tension/knot in my upper back area ie in the shoulder area and between the shoulder blades. Those regions feels very tense and knotted. Not painful but uncomfortable.. kinda feels bunched up or knotted there. This massager helps to untie those tension.I love this massager because I can control the intensity of its kneading. Pulling the straps gives a deeper massage borderline painful. But it hurts so good. A few hours later I have another session ... this time a much gentler one.Also you can slide this massage up and down your upper back by moving your arm up and down and relaxing your pull on the strap. Takes a bit of experimentation but not difficult.A little unwieldly due to its size and weight but not an issue with me at all.

It's great that's it's smaller than others available as it is suitable for packing for travel.

Bought for my hubby as a Christmas gift and we both use it daily. Has a warm function to apply mild heat. Not cordless but this is preferred over dealing with dead batteries and allows full strength and ready to go whenever needed. Arm rests help apply pressure as needed. Great product!
