Review: Works excellent. May require some calibration with windows. - Works really well. You do need to possibly calibrate the screen. First, connect the cable via hdmi then connect the usb cable directly to your pc’s usb port. If it doesn't immediately start working, go to control panel and search for tablet settings. If it doesn’t show up as an option, it means your pc is not detecting the screen (try a different usb cable). If the option does show up, select the tablet settings and do a calibration. It will go monitor by monitor (in case you have several screens). Skip the monitors that aren’t touch capable. When it gets to this screen, just touch the screen. NOW, it’s been calibrated and should work.

**Q: I noticed on the pcb there is 2 areas labeled usb and another hdmi1. could i relocate the connectors from the side to the top?**

The area you noticed on the pcb with two marked usb and another hdmi1 is reserved for the product department design and is not connected to the system, so you repositioned the connector from the side to the top not working. If you need both HDMI ports to be used at the same time, we can design it as a custom model.

**Q: blue light is on but screen remains dark. is it broken?**

The blue light display is normal, please check whether your device is connected to the monitor correctly, and also need to check whether your device is caused by insufficient power supply, you can use the USB-A to USB-C to connect the power adapter to power the monitor.

**Q: I can’t find a 5v 2a so would a 5v 3a be safe to power the monitor?**
A: Hi, thanks for your question.
The display power supply current is 5V/2A or above, so 5V/3A can be used. But the voltage cannot exceed 5V, otherwise the display may burn out due to excessive voltage.
