Don't get all Scientific. This is superb quality. I mean it. This is so well made that Winco the Company that made it should be proud!!! I own the best cooking equipment on the Planet. French Copper Tin lined, Lodge Cast Iron, etc. And I am proud to have this Superb Stainless Skimmer in my kitchen!!! BUY IT!!!
