Great product
Pump works great. I was very pleased with packaging as its a glass bottle. There were no issues, it was very well protected. I recommend emptying a little before you insert pump or there will be spillage. Great product. Will buy the syrup again for sure. Hoping the pump lasts a while

I LOVE this syrup! It is what Chick-Fil-A uses in their iced coffee, which I have been hooked on for the last decade 😫 I have been trying to make something at home that is as close as possible to what I would get there (for other fans, Stok Espresso Blend is 😗🤌🏻). I ordered the syrup and chose this particular item because it says it comes with the pump, one less thing to order! But it did cost more than just a bottle of syrup, so I DID pay for the pump...only for it to not be in the box 😑 I contacted support after my order arrived and they had a new item sent right away with no fee...which arrived the next day! ...but also with no pump 🤦🏻♀️😅 It's probably just like an automatic warehouse type thing with no one at Monin actually reading order descriptions...AND it ended up working out in my favor!

No waiting for sugar to dissolve!
If you hate waiting for the granulated sugar to dissolve, then you need this pure cane sugar from Monin. No waiting, just stir and drink! It was packaged well.

Chipped bottle
I’ll use the order from them and never had an issue this time. The bottle tip came chipped. The cap was difficult to screw off. Maybe that’s why..
