Wow, The Soothing Company Came Through Big Time!
This review is mostly about the seller, The boi-fuel, but also the seller, The Soothing Company. But first, the product: I received the packaging in pristine condition, no leaks or obvious. The fuel is good, cleaner burning than another brand I tried, produces a beautiful flame that lasts a good long time once muted. Good price, well worth it. Related to the seller, as I said, I received the box in great condition, no obvious tampering with shipping seals or packing tape. However, when I opened the package, there was one bottle half empty, and upon checking the seal under the cap, it had been broken and peeled back. Immediately, I contacted the Soothing Company through Amazon. I explained the situation by email, and simply requested them sending ONE replacement bottle. Today, I received a shipment from them, not of one to to replace the bottle that was half full, but a full package of SIX. Wow! I want to thank The Soothing Company for their response, they could have sent just one, but sent an entire package, above and beyond my expectations. I will faithfully order from them exclusively from here on out.

Easier and safer to use
Bottles designed to make it easy and safe to pour and fill. Other fuels I have been used to buying locally come in only lage 1 gallon containers and can be cumbersome and prone to spills. Even though it seems that most fuels cost about the same per volume, these are a lot more convenient. Burns very well too.

My first time using this type of product and I am very impressed. I don't understand why more people are not using this type of fuel instead of wood. It burns so clean and nothing compared to this type of fuel. I will definitely buy again!

Now this is my favorite fuel
I’ve purchased a number of gel fuels and some were good and bought the same again with the complete different results. This is my favorite for ease in use and the height of the flame. See the video and picture to know what I mean. Just slow delivery.

Great value!
I use the stone pits of a morning to take the chill out of the livingroom. A also have two unties on my back porch. Enjoy have coffee out there. It get's toasty warm. If it rain's at night, I light them up and just listen. So enjoyable!
