Let me start off by saying I returned this battery because it claims to output certain amperage through both usb ports. This battery bank takes 5 hours to reach 99 percent. i waited for about an hour longer and it was still at 99 percent. I got tired of waiting and i fell asleep so I can not say how long it took to charge definitely more than 6 hours. I was able to fully charge iPad Pro 10.5 from 3-5 percent 3 times with a left over of 23 percent on power bank. I believe it can charge it close to 4 times. Not bad at all. This power bank does quick charge iPad Pro 10.5 however I experienced many difficulties where I it does not quick charge I would have to disconnect ipad pro plenty of times so i can finally get it to quick charge. The first test was 2 hours and 24 minutes to charge iPad Pro 10.5 from 2 percent to 100, on fully charged power bank, 80 percent on power bank was left after. 2nd time i tested iPad Pro 10.5 was from 5 percent left on for 30 minutes and noticed it was only at 11 percent on iPad Pro, it was no longer quick charging I had to reconnect iPad Pro a 2nd time for it to quick charge this time it took 3 hours to fully charge and took up 30 percent on power bank to charge as opposed to 20 percent the first time. The 3rd time I had similar results as the 2nd time took 3 hours to charge becuase it wasnt quick charging iPad Pro the first 30 minutes, had to reconnect and took 30 percent out of power bank after iPad charged resulting around 20 percent left on power bank. I then charged iPhone 6s about 2 times which left power bank at around 15 percent. I tested the Dc output to power on my Keyboard/Piano Korg Krome which requires 12v at 3.5a which powered it on for a whole church service which lasted around 2 and a half hours which used around 45 percent of power bank. Worked perfect for me. I then began testing usb a ports, this is where i began seeing false advertising. The most i was able to get out of these ports was 2.1a when it is supposed to output 3a MAX. This power bank is pretty big and heavy however i knew the product dimensions and weight when i bought it. The only problem i have with this bank is that it doesn't quick charge my iPad all the time only when it wants, the usb ports only output 2.1a when it is advertised as 3a, and I have no idea how durable this product will be. Ive never heard of the company before. I took a chance on it and returned it for this reasons. If you can live with this than it doesn't seem like a bad power bank just has a few issues. this by no means is small or lightweight. its pretty big and heavy however i knew this before i bought it. if you carry a backpack then it shouldn't be a problem ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars The best performance external battery I could find. But one flaw. *by C***T on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on November 13, 2017* I bought 8 of these to keep a couple laptops charged and running for long periods of time in an environment that did not have access to AC power. One battery can keep the laptop's internal battery charged for almost 4 hours which is what I needed. The 12/16/20 VDC output is claimed to supply 4.7 amps which is the highest I could find in Amazon for this type battery. Although I did not measure the current output, this battery worked when another brand battery I tried (claiming 3.0 amps) did not. So I was pretty happy with the performance. The metal case has a nice quality feel to it and it looks good. The connectors are labeled properly. The power button has a satisfying click. Hold for two seconds to turn on. Double click to select voltage. The voltage readout screen is easy to read. It has a USB-C and USB as well as the selectable voltage output for larger devices and laptops. The one draw back I noticed is that the charger connector will fit both the DC in and DC out ports. I actually hooked the charger up wrong on one battery and a puff of smoke and a bad smell came out of one of the USB ports. It still powers on and I can select voltage but I haven't had time to test the ports to see if any of them still work or if it will take a charge. I am completely sure the battery was set to 20v (The setting that is claimed to be for 19-20v laptops), before being attached to the laptop.I used the get product support link to try to get a replacement/inform WorldPlus about my issues and have not heard back over 4 days.I will update this review if I get support, a replacement that works, or a refund.
