Life Extension makes the best quality vitamins on the market imo, and this Vit D also has plenty of vit K as well as iodine, which is cool. The price is great too- I'm very satisfied.

Good product but found them to be too strong for me dose wise

According to my labs now my vitamin D LEVEL is perfect. Since I have osteoporosis and live in the Northeast with lack of sunlight unless it’s summer, I ordered this to stay healthy in my senior years. I also have low thyroid and take synthroid. Those levels have been great too. I don’t drink milk and have GI absorption issues so needed one gentle on the gut. This item checked off all the boxes. Highly recommend.

we've tried many different D3 supplements but always come back to this one. it's not perfect, for one thing you must be sure you have a good source of selenium in your diet because this does contain iodine. we were noticing thyroid symptoms after a few years on this, but taking it with 1-3 brazil nuts at breakfast is making a big difference in that regard. not sure we'll stick with this supplement longer term, but for now it seems to be better than most especially at this price point.

Taking vitamin k along with d it’s important so it’s nice to have an all in one product. This is a quality brand and the capsules are small which I love.

Most Vit combination supplements just make sense. I really like this one to target my needs. Life Extension has some very good info to add to your research before making choices.

Bought theses for my hubby. He doesn’t get enough sun and you need K to activate the D it’s only missing magnesium BUT. It does contain iodine which is essential and most people don’t get enough of it

Nice product - I have had good results with it since I work night shifts continuously for six months. I was losing my hair due to insufficient vitamin D. I used this product, and it has not completely stopped my hair loss.
