Didnt unscrew the cap earlier, fits the bottle. Haven't tested the efficiency of the unit yet. Will update later

The product is excellent for great Water Filteration on the go. And the seller Great Rocksport is also very Good. I want to bring to notice to anyone buying this, that the product comes in a cardboard stand which does not fully cover the product, but a good Bubble Wrap is provided. Also to note that there is a slight dot sized dent at the bottom of the plastic body of the product, and this comes from manufacturing in all the units, so don't be bothered by it. I had a doubt about this, and so I contacted the seller and also ordered a replacement. I received the replaced product with good cooperation from the Seller Great RockSport. And also there's a Charity work to provide clean water to the unpriviledged with every purchase. Thank you everyone.

Love the Lifestraw series of filters. I have almost all of them. The original one that I bought 4 years ago, the one in the bottle, the metal one and now this. the problem I faced with this one is that there were no instructions on how to attach it to a regular 500ml to 1 litre bottle. I kept on trying to pull out that end that has the cap, while all I needed to do was to unscrew it clockwise and anti-clockwise to put it back on. I thought it needed some attachment that I might need to buy separately. What the packaging lacked was a simple arrow or words that said (unscrew cap to attach on bottle). Also, why Flavor stars in the rating system?

Although the quality of this item is good but The item I got damaged by shipping... Because the packaging was amazon polythene Packaging instead of cardboard packaging,, Worst experience,, Amazon courier handling and packaging units should learn manners of how to package the item

A good quality lan yard would have been good for this product to keep it from falling into the river stream. I used it in Ladakh. It filters particalls only. Had to boil the filtered water before consuming it. Cannot depend only on this item only. Boil or use the chlorine tablets for the filtered water before u consume it.

The product requires back flushing and care while using and storing, purchased for the suspicious water filters which are rarely cleaned. and i don't think the filter can be replaced for this one. Go for a bottled integrated one for traveling.

Used for a recent trip. Love that it is so lightweight, compact and easy to use. Fitted a cheap unknown brand of foldable plastic bottle on the inlet end (could screw in without leaks), to dispense into our water bottles 1-2x per day. Flow rate is acceptable
