I go through phones once a year because I never buy cases . I bought this case just to see and I’ve now had this phone for 3 years and my phone is flawless. Definitely a great case considering how rough I am on it

Very difficult to open, picture instructions hard to understand as well. Even my husband had a hard time separating the outer case from the inner one. We ended up using a blunt table knife to separate the two. Once I got it on my phone, very pleased with the sturdiness and it looks and feels very durable. The color is a little dull ( mine is red) but that’s probably due to the texturized finish as opposed to a slick one. I didn’t even try the screen protector, removed it before putting my phone in the case. The case itself should protect the screen well enough with the raised lip around the screen. I like the raised lip around the camera lens too. The only feature I’m not sure will hold up is the cover over the charging port, I expect in time it will tear off from repeated opening and closing but that’s not at all a deal breaker. Overall I ‘m pleased with this purchase, we’ll see how well it performs over time.

Light weight, good grip, the silicon piece that covers the lightning port is big enough to support fast charging cables hat have heads that are larger, which is good. The buttons are firm and responsive. The plastic screen protector built into the case is ok.Feels cheap in comparison to otter box, however I suppose that is o be expected for the price.Regardless the quality is pretty good, and the price is great.Only deducted a star because I do not like that silent mode switch on the top left of iPhones are exposed. Also if you have big hands like me it’s kind o annoying to get your finger in there to flip the switch up and down.

The media could not be loaded. I'm not entirely unhappy with my purchase, but there's room for improvement. I mainly bought this case FOR the built in screen protector. If you watch the review video, you'll see the screen protector is more like a bubble of air over your screen. It makes it hard to detect touch and you can see the screen pushes in when you tap. There's no way you could text with it on. I ended up ripping the plastic film off.Another personal disappointment about the case I bought was the color. To me, it doesn't match the color provided in the picture. I still like the color I was given but I wish it matched more to the picture.Lastly, the buttons. This issue isn't necessarily a bad thing for some people, but for me, it's a little bit of an inconvenience. The power button and volume buttons are very sensitive to the touch. I usually screenshot on accident when I attempted to turn on or off the screen.All in all, I probably wouldn't recommend this purchase to someone, nor would I buy this kind of case again for an iPhone 11. The case is also extremely hard to take apart, but it is a strong case with layers to protect the phone so I'll hold onto it until I can find another case.

So far durable and works. Fits my son’s phone BUT the plastic piece does get dirty inside easily due to the gap. Other than that, would purchase again.

Accidentally purchased this instead of an OtterBox, and the difference was immediatley noticeable. The power button on the case is too stiff and triggers the actual power button on the phone at the drop of a pin - I used the case for less than 48 hours and accidentally turned my phone off more than a dozen times.The phone was also not as snug within the case as what I'd expected, with just a bit of wiggle room. I don't know how well it would protect the phone, so giving it the benefit of the doubt for 3 stars.
