It is pretty stinking awesome. It has some great sticking power to go under the cabinet, but if it were to fall down it does come with little screws and I mean little so you're not going to damage your cabinet. Once you pick a spot though that's it for the most part. Then you will damage your cabinet if you're going to be moving it around. So make sure you pick a spot that you really wanted in. Because once it's up it's up lol. But it definitely helps keep the bananas off the counter and minimize damage. However, obviously when you purchase bananas there are pretty much banged around so they're going to be damaged at some point in time. If anything is just nice, nice and helpful to have them off the counter and out of the way.
