Tasty!
I use these bread crumbs when cooking for my family, since my niece can't have gluten. They taste pretty darn good! You can really taste the pecorino romano, and that's a good thing since it's probably my favorite cheese. Keep in mind these don't taste like breadcrumbs exactly, but they are a good substitute. I've used them with stuffed mushrooms and breaded chicken cutlets. The cutlets in particular were fantastic.

Best EVER!!!
I love 4C gluten Bread crumbs. My grand daughter has celiacs and has to be very careful with Gluten. I now make our favorite meatloaf using the product. Even better than the Italian bread crumbs. I know use to shake and back on fish. Best product on the market wish it was in the markets here in So Calif.

I purchased 4C breadcrumbs at the grocery store and the cleanest I could find compared to those with a paragraph of additives. I didn't know if they would be so good tasting but the seasoned with percorino-romano with flavorful and I would purchase again!

good stuff
Purchased the product and it was not delivered on time. Still have not received it. Apparently it was sent out to another company for delivery and like I said, it has not been yet. Am still waiting for an update.

4C Crumbs-Seasoned, Gluten Free (safe for gluten intolerant people to eat and tastes great!)
This is a really terrific product - not only is it gluten free so it's safe for people like me to consume it - but it also has a really nice texture so it's easy to coat fish or chicken! It also has a really great flavour with the Italian seasonings. I will definitely buy this brand again when I run out! I've also used some of this in place of bread when making hamburger patties.
