Poppy Playtime - Kissy Missy Deluxe Face-Changing Action Figure (12" Tall, Series 1) [Officially Licensed]

I purchased this for my 4 year old grandson and he loved it. But, after about 1 month his arm fell off. We tired to fix ourselves but, had no success.

My daughter is a huge fan of Poppy’s Playtime. She loves this doll and couldn’t stop playing with it. The head has a face on both sides . One with a smile and the other one with her creepy face. Price for this doll is worth it and reasonable . It’s a pretty nice size doll and I’m sure it’ll last her a lifetime. Won’t break easily.

Very well made

Honestly the first one of these we got the head broke off instantly and my son was so sad, I requested a replacement and got it very quickly. This replacement is very sturdy and my son loves this toy and plays with it all day long. The customer service with the quick replacement was top notch and I am so glad they sent it quickly. We just ordered the pink Kissy Missy one today so my son has the matching set.
