Not as good as I thought
This was last minute purchase since I couldn’t get Qualatex.I have used Neo Balloons before and they were good quality. These were not as good. The shine is there but you don’t see a smooth finish after you blow these balloons. They look like the color is fading at some parts and it has a visible dot right on top.

We used this for Valentines day and they worked great. Easy to blow up and none popped or deformed.
