Hello, can both hobs be used to maximum temperature at the same time?

Hi The left hob heats up to 1800 the right 1000 and you can have them both on the same time all you do is press the + to increase the heat and - to decrease I bought this hob because my induction cooker broke down and needed this until it was being repaired but I still use this hob every day I love it , but make sure you have induction pots and pans

If this hob is not working as stated can you return it to the seller by amazon?
