If you are into personal developement you are no stranger to Jocko and Leif. This super simple to read and translate into practical work place scenarios. This is a must read for leaders and just people in general, trying to be better at everythng.

I ordered 102 books for each member of my team. The book is written by a marine and talks about the importance of owning your actions whether good or bad. The authors use Military training concepts and relates them to the corporate world today where a #1 issue is not owning your actions and how that can hurt a team. The workbook is outstanding!

Great how it breaks down each segment and you can create your own plan.

Practical so far. I would argue it demands some level of military awareness to give full effect, but these two leaders did a great job of bringing combat lessons into the board room. Can also be used to mentor young leaders- at the very least- to help put their passing challenges in perspective. I recommend.
