Works great!
I was confused by the setup but an awesome representative at jennov named Jonathan was a big help and the setup was easier than I thought and took less than 5 minutes with app downloaded. Works well. Iām happy with the product so far.

Seems ok but not with Blue Iris? EDIT: Got it working, sorta. Added a star
Edit: I received an email directly from Jennov tech support with a short little video that covers how to get the camera to work with Blue Iris. Kudos to them for caring so much. The short of it is that you set up the camera with the APP, then change the Discovery/ONVIF port to 8899 from the BI default of 8999. You will also need to add whichever user and password you change to. The find/Inspect feature will then populate the Main Profile1 to /live/ch0?token=blahblahblahblhah of which it appears that only the /live/ch0 is critical. You can also use Sub Profile2 /live/ch1 and get the substream to work which is nice. Now for the bad news. The lag and freeze is terrible in Blue Iris. It freezes the video consistently and if it does catch movement its a good 15 or more seconds behind. Its also laggy in the APP. I tried swapping wifi access points with no improvement. I tried a shorter password as the manual suggested that, no help.Interestingly the Jennov APP is visually identical to the Wansview APP and I dont have the lag with the Wansview K5.Anyway, if you can get past the lag issues the video is nice and clear and the choice of HD or SD is a plus. I will revisit the camerea in a month or so and see if there is a firmware update that improves things.Original: I purchased this specifically because several reviews mention that it works fine with Blue Iris but I could never get it to work. I have probably 60 IP cameras of various makes and models and run 5 instances of Blue Iris so I feel like I should have been able to get it working if it could. It does seem to work ok with its own app but I am not interested in using it that way and only used the app for initial setup and while tinkering with the settings. I did note that someone mentioned that there is a new version of this device and maybe I got that new version and it no longer works with BI? I did like the fact that it states it would work with 110v in the US and also 230v in the EU as that was my plan.To be fair customer service did reply to my question about BI compatibility but it was pretty much 'it should work, let us know if you figure it out.'

Some things you should know when buying a Light bulb Security camera Part 2
Hopefully you have read my Part 1 on my take on these Light bulb cameras. (Orlma boblsc66lv)so lets begin.i picked this 2nd camera because of the comments by customers & the seller, 1 of the 1st things that sold me on this camera was that they MAKE there own, 2nd was that they responded to consumers Qs very quickly & positively, another feature is that it is 2K rather then 1080p like most other camera's, there app, AJCLOUD is much much better then the app that runs the 1st camera i bought & to me that is 1 of the MAIN diff. in these light bulb cameras THE APPS!! that makes 1 better then the other, speaking of the app there were only 2 nitpicks that i found with this app(AJCLOUD) 1 it is very awkward 2 zoom in with the app.#2 the default monitoring setting seems to me to b a little on the small side? when i zoom in to there 2x settings it, to me anyways seems to b the correct, default setting. This camera when panning lft rght,up, dwn is instantaneous where the other camera had about a 1-2 sec. delay form input to reaction.I can also now delete the motion notices i get from the camera where the other one i could not. all other features that they advertise ,& that other cameras have are present as well.In the spirit of transparency, when i registered for the 1yr warrenty they reached out to me & asked if i gave them a positive review they would refund my purchase price for the camera, which was easy for me to do because i had already decided that i liked the camera very much & was going 2 do a positve review on it anyhow. so that refund ,if or when it comes will b icing on the cake.So i hope this helps ,please if anyone has any Qs feel free to ask me. Glenn.
