I have taking these supplements for over a week now but I don’t see any difference or change. So these could be a placebo that promises great benefits. I think the time will tell! If I feel any difference, I will update my review here.

I’ve been using this for 2 months now, I take it every morning along with Zinc and Amino acids then I hit the gym, it can feel the great difference, energy and strength this product is giving me! I’m now purchasing my 2nd bottle before I run out of the first one, I don’t know about over stimulation as I work out shortly after I take it, I never took it without working out - I highly recommend this product! Specially for gym dudes

Been taking this supplement for a week and I started to feel the results in about 3 days of taking it. My testosterone has “definitely” increased, increased libido, better performance in gym and an improved sleep quality which was something i didnt expect to have but apparently an increase in testosterone leads to a decrease in cortisol which helped with my sleep quality. Very cheap for its quality, wud recommend 10/10 times

This is one of those finds you wish you had every day. I was looking for a product which incorporated shilajit, ginseng and maca. After searching and reading for hours I found this incredible product from papnami.com. It not only included the three supplements I was looking for, but included others I have been taking for years. Bought it, and have now been taking it for three weeks. My energy is up and more pronounced. I believe it has affected my testosterone levels, as I feel more like I did thirty years ago. This has also replaced five separate supplements by incorporating them into one. My overall hunger pains have subsided substantially. I would recommend this Shilajit product to anyone looking for similar expectations. I am a very happy customer.

This has become a part of my supplement stratagem. I am experiencing great results. I take.one before bed or first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I take L-Arginine a little later, but before breakfast.A tablespoon of moringa powder w/ juice then stretching, light exercise, cardio, etc. With breakfast I have a multi-vitamin and it's ON for the rest of the day. Energy, alertness, concentration, stamina...All acute levels and I am 63 years of age. I am most grateful to The Almighty Creator and Sustainer of the heavens,the earth and all that exist for such good health.We should never take that for granted at any age. For me, this product is not good ; after taking one about an hour later i felt jittery and had a weird over stimulated hyper feeling ; i had this same effect with Yohimbi bark once.i think its to much of a stimulent for my metabolism. i was better off trying the shilajit on its own it might be one of the other ingredients that is causing this. It still might be good for others but if you are sensitive to stimulents it may not be good for you . Im giving 4 stars because others had good results......

I felt the difference in just what seems overall energy and alertness, and this was the only change to my regimen. As far as what's in the formula, seems like one of the better values for your money. I don't think the flavor rating matters, but I didn't want the score to drop. This bottle did sit around for a year before I tried it, just got lost in the hecticness of life somehow. I forgot I wanted to try it and found the bottle, what a pleasant surprise. Stamina feels better, less fluctuations in mood as well. I highly recommend trying this to see if you get the same results.
