Value for the money. Performs amazingly well. Arrived next day thanks for the prime next day delivery, Plug and play; just plugged it into a USB2 multiport hub; placed it on a cushion within the monitor base about 20 inches from self. According to the instruction level was set at 75. The level 70 was bit low. I input the audio directly on to an audio recording software without any DAW, The results were amazing. I was then able to compress and amplify using the software to the desired values. The key point is to record it at lowest possible level to avoid clipping and distortion. You can always adjust the results within the software; post-processing.

Overall, my experience with this microphone has been nice! This comes with a user manual, and the steps to setup are easy. I wanted to use my mic with Pro Tools and found a YouTube video explaining how to make it show up as an input source. In total, I took 5 minutes to set this mic up! The sound quality is pretty good. There's no muddiness compared to other mics I've used, which can make the sound a bit thin, but I did not have to do much EQ except to eliminate some room noise. Recommended input level is 75%, but I would suggest higher because I had to boost the signal quite a bit to get the desired output volume. Overall, nice mic for new podcasters and YouTubers who don't want to break the bank on a mic that will enhance sound quality!

Update 12/15/2019 I couldn’t stand the one weakness of this device. That LED light is buried so deep in there it makes it almost worthless. I took apart and drilled a hole through it. See my pictures. I like it 100 times better now. Each of the rubber bottom pieces has a screw underneath it. A small Phillips screwdriver and drill after that will take care of it all. Prior review Works well. I did get a report of bad echo at first, this was most likely due to my pc configured such that there was another mic running at the same time, perhaps internal or on a separate webcam. After turning those off all was well. One thing I wish was better, that led light for mute is horrible where it’s placed, can’t see it well without standing directly over it.

This sleek little device looks like it means business, with its futuristic LED indicator that makes me feel like a high-tech secret agent every time I speak. The noise-canceling feature is so good that it filters out everything except my amazing ideas—which is great because my dog insists on loudly debating the neighborhood squirrels during my calls. It's plug-and-play, so there’s no struggling with mysterious settings or firmware updates that require a PhD to understand. Just plug it in, instantly sound like a podcast host, and pretend you've always been this professional.

While it works plug and play, the problem is that my Windows 11 computer only recognizes it as a speaker and not a microphone. I have rebooted, reset all microphone and audio settings, but no improvement. I purchased multiple and have the same problem with each. I have emailed support - no answer. Avoid this product.

If you looking for a nice little mic for your conference room or desks set up you'll be happy with this one. I got this mic because I need something small but big enough to throw in the middle of the table during a meeting for my laptop. The microphone is super sensitive and can pick up your audio even from a distance. There is a little touch LED on the tip to mute and unmute the device. It comes with some velcro for cable management. The first time you use the mic, I recommend following the instructions and lowering the sensitivity of the mic because it is really sensitive. Pros: lightweight, Cheap, easy to use, can talk to from a distance. Cons: None yet

It's very quiet unless you're pretty close to it and noise canceling just sounds muffled. It does work though, it just doesn't have a natural sound in my opinion. I guess it really just depends on what you use it for, if you plan to make videos or streaming I wouldn't use it. If you're using to make conference calls then it might work for you. Technically it's better than a stock laptop microphone, it sounds better but it picks up less which to some maybe a good thing. Your voice is clear sounding but quiet and everything in the background is muffled. If you're even 4 ft. Away from it you're going to be really quiet. If you're sitting right next to it sounds pretty good but just isn't going to work for what I want to do with it. For me the onn. Desktop microphone from Walmart is better for around 30 bucks. This didn't cost much so I didn't bother to return it.

It’s a vast vast improvement over using built in mics of whatever devices we were using. currently it’s being used in a room of 4-6 people and pick up is decent. Good value.

Installed it for a board room at office. The mute button on the mic is a great feature. Makes it very convenient for non-tech people to use the mic rather than hunt for an on screen mute button.
