This isn’t bad at all.I was going pleased with the results.I applied to my dry roots and applied the rest after I wet the length of my hair.I received a more concentrated/dark color on my root area and a more sheer color throughout the length.The results were exactly as I hoped.One thing to consider before applying this product (especially ash colors!)…Is your hair damaged?If so, you will want to stay away from ash colors.Ash has green in it, it’s great for neutralizing brass, but if hair is dry and damaged it will grab gray/green.Is your hair highlighted?If so, you will want to apply this to the root area first and not leave on the length for long.I’d definitely apply this to wet hair if you want the highlights to show through.The longer you leave the product on, the darker it will be.Again, this isn’t a bad product, often undesirable results are due to user error.

Didn’t do as well as hoped. Meh.

The product itself is great! I just can’t seem to get it delivered. The first time I ordered it, it came in time an worked well. The second time I ordered it, the product never arrived and they never gave me my money back. I still really like the product so I ordered it again. The third purchase hasn’t arrived.

This stuff is awful. Awful! I thought it would help tone my highlighted hair and smooth and shine between salon visits. I expected something subtle, but instead, it completely covered my highlights with a dull dark brown, which will most likely end up very brassy orange when if fades. I’ll never buy anything with the name Schwarzkopf on it again.

I followed the instructions and applied it to dry hair for 20 minutes. My hair is in good condition but lacked shine. This product didn’t make it shine but thankfully it didn’t hurt my hair either.
