Assembly is so easy , just 10 minutes, it is coming as four pieces. Chair is very comfortable. seat size gives good thigh support and have enough width as well. Head rest adjustments are good. It gives good head support for a person with normal height, when head rest is lowered fully in its slot. Hand rest height is adjustable and of good material with hard cushioned. Mesh material is excellent. Chair has an elegant look and is sturdy and stable. I recommend.

After a gamer friend of mine purchased the Monster version of the chair from green soul, I decided to go for the upgraded version, the Fiction. By far, one of the best purchases I have made. The chair is easy to assemble, fair, clear instructions on assembly, took me about 40 to 45 minutes individually. If you have someone to asemble with, it could be done within 20 to 30 minutes.Speaking of the comfort, I have found the chair to be extremely comfortable and ergonomic for the back. Although I do not use the neck support because I feel the cushion is a tad bit thicker, no complaints though.Chair goes all the way 180 degrees to the back. Its multiple adjustments make it possible to adjust the seating, hand rest in all ways possible. That's brilliant.Lastly, the customer service is outstanding. The guys at green soul, (mr. Tarun who was in contact with me) called me to ask if the product had been delivered, any issues with the delivery, or assembly, and overall the exprience was quite fantastic. 10/10 would recommend further.

The chair quality is OK but the packaging was pathetic and all the spares were covered in dust, badly.

Easy to assemble. Can be done alone but good to have 2 people for assembling. Manual has clear and step wise instructions. Quality of material is good. It is comfortable for long use like working ; playing games.

Great chair which is very comfortable sitting for long duration. Easy to assemble and a detailed guide was also provided. Really love the assembled look.

Quality product, so easy to assemble and most importantly..next level comfort….so happy I bought this chair, it has my entire work experience. Big shout out to the team here who are also very pro active to make sure that product was up to the mark..Green Soul is highly recommended.

The chair is not comfortable, mainly the lumbar support is too pronounced, it “hurts the back”. Also the materials used for mesh back is not up to the premium mark.
