However Avalon got wind of my poor review and contacted me directly. They offered to send us a new unit and informed me that the water temperature should be outputting at 180 degrees. After speaking with them I tested the water it was running around 150 degrees. The new unit is putting out 180-190 degrees. I couldn't be more happy that small rise in temperature has made a huge difference. But also I couldn't be more pleased with the amazing level of customer service they went above and beyond to make a great product and make sure their customers are satisfied with it. I would suggest that you place the reverse osmosis filtration system in line before the water cooler. Thank you! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty good, 6 months in. *by S***K on June 24, 2023* This works great for either hot or cold water, but not great for both. The taste of the filtered water is as good as any other filter I've used. The only real problem I've had is that putting the hot and cold both on causes the cold water to warm up beyond a "nice cold glass of water" temperature. I only really wanted the hot feature to fill pans of water to boil so it would go faster, so I just turned hot off and use the lukewarm water out of the hot dispenser to fill pans and drink from the cold dispenser. Other than that I have no complaints. It's been a great way to have cold, filtered water on tap for one or two people without needing to fill a pitcher in the fridge.
