Great trays, worth the price
As far as baking tins go I have to say that these are great. The trays are thick and heavy and this makes you feel they are of a high quality. These are used in the house to make brownies and are a great size for a batch to share. We always line the trays with parchment so as far as cleaning goes there is not much work but the finish is definitely non stick and comes up as of it were new. The depth is also a great level, perfect for brownies. Given the quality of the product I would definitely suggest it and although I haven’t tried it, I would imagine it would make a great roasting tin for potatoes of carrots etc. I have infact purchased a further 2 after the original one. They are, what I would consider, slightly pricey but for the quality I believe it to be worth it

Non-Stick Peeling Off **update** but replaced under guarentee
**UPDATED, see below**This is what they say about it:-High quality, double layered non-stick coatingRobust, commercial weightDishwasher, fridge, freezer safe25 year guarantee, 5 year guarantee for non stick coatingIt's quite a heavy double skinned dish - good for browning on the top, but the non stick coating bubbled up in places when I left it with water in it over night, and now those areas have flaked off.It didn't last 5 months let alone 5 years. A couple of people seem to have experienced this, so maybe they had a bad batch, but I won't be recommending them.I have a "Master Class" flan dish which is OK so far, but I have been very careful with it.Now, lets see about their guarantee "Kitchen Craft" I think - (but generally more effort than its worth though)*** Update - The guarantee ***Amazon say guarantees need to be pursued directly with the manufacturer, so I contacted Amazon to find out who the manufacturer was. They weren't much help, just reading off the web page which now says "Cargo", who are in fact a competitor of amazon, with a High Street presence (Thanks amazon).Using google, I found out that "Master Class" is a "Kitchen Craft" brand, so I sent them an email, and after a bit of too-and-fro with Zoe Perry, they sent me a replacement and a nice letter. As they are actually looking after their brand, I now recommend them.

Fantastic Trays
These are probably the best oven trays I've ever bought. They're nice and thick and quite sturdy so they don't flex when hot, something I really hate. Easy to clean and don't seem to harbour build up like other trays do. I have a total of six of these now in different sizes, and will buy more when they eventually wear out.

Gr8 Quality and Price
Really nice item, the wife had tried others and said as soon as she opened it she could feel the quality of the item, how it looks, the weight of it and finish, very happy!!

7 stars for quality!
This is just excellent. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars! It is heavy and has excellent thermal conductivity. You will need oven gloves if you use it for something frozen or hot. The non stick properties are the best I've ever encounters. Washing it up is a doddle, as everything you've cooked on it just glides off. At this price I was concerned that it might be too flimsy, but my fears were groundless I'm happy to say. I'm looking at other products by Kitchencraft now, knowing I can buy with confidence.
