Review: A Great Book For AC Fans - Only 55ish pages in, but as someone who's played every AC game (except the PSP Altair one), I'm loving it so far. The pictures, concept art, and images are very nice and bring you back to playing the games. My favorite aspect about the books though are the behind the scenes look at the development and ideas behind everything. Learning what the scope of AC1 was, was interesting to say the least. My only complaint is the golden sheen and black color design is nice, but doesn't scream AC to me. The artwork is stunning and brings back all of the nostalgia from the original games, and even includes a chapter on the upcoming Mirage. The folio prints are very high quality and gorgeous in person with an almost hand painted appearance. I love the folio they come in but I'd even consider framing them. The book itself is soft to the touch and feels very premium. I've purchased many gaming art and history books and this one may be number one. Ubisoft and Dark Horse really outdid themselves with this work of art.
