Great Vacuum
I bought one last yearโliked it so much, I bought one for my sister. PROS- โขThe vac is smaller and thinner than most robos. It creates a path/map and can clean under beds and furniture thatโs most vacs canโt reach (and you no longer have to be/hired da contortionist to get those areas clean). The charging dock is also small and the vac returns to it when it finishes its routeโor if it needs a charge. In my experience, unless I move the vac off its predesigned path, the charge is good until the whole floor is done (I have a 2-story with 600 sq ft on each floor). โขA wet vac component is included (Iโve yet to try). โขThe remote is ready to go and allows you to direct the vac off its path to your chosen direction. With the remote, you can also place the vac in the middle of a dry spill/mess and press the tab that keeps the vac moving within a 3-foot circumference for several minutes until the mess is gone. It cleans bare floors and most weighted rugs with ease. I love how floors look after. Plus. itโs nice to know Iโm not moving debris around when Iโm ready to wash the floors. โขThe dust bin is simple to empty/clean (itโs amazing how much debris it holds) and itโs just as simple to clean/change the brush and filter. โขROBO is not loud (and has a pleasant โrobo voiceโ). Using turbo increases volume, but even then, itโs not very loud. โขI could go on with pros. CONS- Given the opportunity, it will try to suck up your thin area rugs, floor-dragging curtains and loose cords. (It thinks it can.) I do a 30-second walkthrough and move/pickup things before turning it on. I love this product.

Great little device, but done a disservice by fragile plastics
Here's the thing - I love this vacuum. I live in an apartment with no carpets and this little sucker is perfect. It almost never gets stuck, it doesn't really suck up cords unless it can get tangled in them (and that's kind of your fault, not its), and even in quiet mode, it really cleans up. However, we've had this for a few months now, and somehow one of the clear plastic covers on the sensors got scratched. I'm not sure how; again, we don't really have many corners and certainly no rough carpet to screw anything up. It's also not a very big scratch - I didn't even notice it the first few times I looked for the source of the problem... ...the problem being that on sunny days, this little guy now thinks that any area in my apartment brighter than the ambient light level is a wall. I suppose it's probably just the way the light is refracting into the sensor, and generally I can remote-control it past whatever faux obstacle it thinks its found, but that means I have to start the cleaning process all over again when I've finally maneuvered it into some shade, which means just one sweep of my ~1000 sq ft apartment takes two or more hours now, as opposed to the one it used to take. It also seems to interfere with its mapping algorithm, since it's not sure what's a barrier and what's a doorway (or empty space), which means I find myself having to reset it more often. Don't get me wrong, it's still a very good little vacuum - easy to clean, not too loud, handy if you have animals or partners that get crumbs all over the place. I just wish the sensors were a little less fragile, since for all the replacement parts available, I don't think I'm gonna be able to acquire new sensor covers. Poor thing.

Not for homes with pets who shed hair
I've had a few Roborock vacuums over the years, and they all seem to have issues with the wheels. This model of robot makes the issue even worse with the way wheels are built into the robot. Other Roborocks I've owned have at least had wheels which are replaceable. The issue with those replaceable units is actually getting the wheels in the first place. I've typically had to search Chinese store platforms with slow shipping to get replacement parts, meaning that reasonable shipping prices meant waiting more than a month for replacement parts. I've sometimes been able to get those parts on this site, but at greatly inflated prices. The vendor themselves do NOT offer replacement parts. THIS model is streamlined such that I can't go through this hassle, and instead will need to dispose of my robot much earlier than I want. In my home, three shedding dogs constantly leave fur all over. When this robot can run (it's loudness limits that in the first place), it does a great job of cleaning up the hair, until a certain level of fur buildup occurs. Once that happens, the unit will not move. If you're willing to open up the unit, you may be able to remove most of the fur, but the effort is large to get into the nooks and crannies. That effort does not help when it comes to the "sealed" wheels (which still allow fur inside the wheel). The "sealed" wheel makes it difficult to allow for fur to be removed. The fact that every Roborock I've owned share a similar design problem, and that newer units have made this flaw untenable for ever purchasing anything from Roborock in the future.

It is okay
I actually like the vaccume and run it everyday. Maybe I just like a clean floor. It does clean the floor, but sometimes it misses whole rooms. Our house is one story and a simple layout. It also seems to get lost often and fail to find the dock when it is finished. My conclusion is that the mapping softwhere is poorly made. Because I like having a robot vaccume, I think that next time I am going to look for one that is better quality. With all that said, I don't hate this one but I would not reccomend it.

Perfect
I had previously owned a Roomba and I purchased this one as a replacement. Nothing wrong with the Roomba, it just "found" some doggy "prizes" and was impossible to clean. Three reasons I like this one better. 1) The battery life is much longer. 2) The suction is much stronger. 3) It's waste compattment is a lot bigger so does not require being emptied as frequently. I can't compare the mops, since my Roomba did not have one, but the mop seems to make a huge difference with cleaning up dogs hairs. Defnitely recommend.

Great help at home
This robot has become a great help at home. We have three cats and the house becomes dirty very easily. We have two stories so we ended up moving it so it works two days in one and two in the other. We programmed it to work while we are out so no issues with sound but we also had it working at 4 AM on the first floor and the noise was faint. It does require cleaning the bin continuously, we do not have the bin collector, so we do it every day, If not done, then it will stop short from finishing. We have not used the mopping feature, so I have no review for that yet. Sensors also need to be cleaned as the dust will get in them, we do it once a week. My wife loves it, it is a great help. It did get entangle with a rug that had loose long fibers so we moved that one away. It got stuck under the corners of the loveseat and also under the sofa but we solved it by putting an obstacle there (a small dumbbell). We also add an obstacle on the stairs so it does not fall but we have noticed that sometimes in which we forgot to place it, id did not go down the stairs. Hard vacuum now happens only once per month. In general we love it and we are thinking on buying another one, one for each floor.

Other Reviews are Misleading
The other reviews here that show smart navigation are for the S5 not this product E5. This product, the E5 does not have any smart navigation. Extremely disappointed and mislead.
