Decent and Effective Mini Karambit
This is a nice little budget last ditch self defense item. It's reasonably sharp, comes with a good kydex sheath that is adjustable, and the price point is more than fair. The biggest complaint many will have is due to the small size of the knife, it is not designed to be gripped like a traditional karambit where pointer finger goes through the hole and the blade pointed downward. This one is clearly designed for a two-fingered grip. Given the decent sharpness, you really don't want to get the meat of your hand near the edge. It's VERY pointy, but the edge is keen enough to pay you open too. I have found that drawing and holding the knife in a reverse grip as normal works best. However, I put my ring finger through the hole and let my little finger rest in the choil. While clearly not as strong of a grip as having an entire handle, it's stable and easy enough to draw, clinch, and slash with the edge. You won't have the power to lay someone open, but in a situation where you are attacked and lack the leverage to stroke, this pointy little claw jammed into whatever soft bits you can find will be plenty effective. The steel is labeled as D2...I dunno if that is true. For the activity designed to perform, it's plenty fine.

You will be sharpening A LOT...
It's honestly good for the price but its not as sharp as it could be I spent 2 hrs sharpening this knife to have it go dull after cutting cardboard one time at work. Its neat something for self defense but not a good work knife. The case is amazing I was actually really impressed with how well it preforms I personally turned my clip 180 degrees and wear it from an upside-down position on my belt as its much easier to access yourself and harder for someone to take it from you (I tested this with another person.)

A Great Value for The Money
This little knife is exactly what I was looking for. I needed a fixed blade easily pocket carriable knife with a secure sheath yet still easily accessible. Two things to know; if you like a shaving sharp edge, you'll need to do a little work on a sharpening stone and some break in on the sheath is required to reach the right of tension to make access easy while still keeping the knife secure until you need it.

Sharp compact blade
Great edc blade but the sheath clip needs to be refined. Doesn’t hold well

Not impressed
Let me just say that is my personal opinion. In terms of construction I feel it's made well form one solid peice of metal, l would say machine made. For my personal taste it is not very comfortable at all, fits kind of awkward and not many options for holding it, and to top it off it isn't razor sharp as indicated. I had a hard time cutting paper and could barely sharpen a pencil with ease. It is possible that it was just this particular blade that was not very charp, evrey bash has a lemon. Other than that I like the black mate finish.
