I have a bunch of dogs who are frequently chewing on the connector on their collar and breaking them. I end up with the material from the collar but the buckle ruined. Found these on Amazon and thought I'd give them a try. Ended up with a chewed collar, removed the stitches from the clip (it was actually very easy) put in the new buckle and sewed it back up. The whole thing took about 15 min. Finally I don't have a broken useless collar and these buckles are far more sturdy than the ones that come on the collar. There is no comparison. I heartily recommend these!

These only *look* like buckles. They're just decorative. They come apart with a gentle pull. They will fail you whenever you actually need them to hold. I went through the entire bag and NONE worked when you pull on them. You (don't) get what you (don't) pay for with these cheapos.

I have bought these buckles before with no issue. This time one of the buckles snapped while no pressure was being applied....the collar didn’t have a leash attached, it just snapped randomly. Obviously this is very concerning.

Bought the set to get a large buckle assembly to replace one which had failed on an equipment belt. While the buckles don't look to be the most robust I've seen, they are good enough. I was able to repair my belt and get things back in service. The buckle set has a good selection of sizes, had the size I needed, and arrived in good time.

In all fairness, I can't attest to durability since I just received and started using them, but I've started replacing the largest items with the most resistance first, and they are up to the task. They arrived quickly and in tact. The price was reasonable. I would buy this again.

Got these buckles to replace some broken buckles on my son's hockey chest protector. This assortment of 16 buckles were close to the price of 2 - 2" buckles that I needed. Now I have lots of spares if any other buckles get broken. I hope these hold up to flying pucks. They don't seem as beefy as the original buckles, but the plastic might be stronger. So far, I would purchase these again.

I purchased the entire multi pack to repair a broken piece on my trucks dog hammock. It worked great, and now I have extras for any other DIY items i find needing assistance.
