This system is sturdier than I thought it might be. I had rotator cuff surgery along with a bicep tendon resection. This is my favorite rehab tool. Easy to use goes over your door and it's portable

this is a very affordable and wonderful PT pulley for your shoulder whether or not you were exercising for fun or in recovery mode with the damaged shoulder as I am.It’s also wonderful that it is so compact. You can take it with you when you are traveling.. it adjust easily and it just flat out a great tool🧳

Good value for the price
Bought these to assist in my physical therapy after a shoulder injury. Easy to "install", as simple as closing the strap at the top of a door frame, and it works as advertised. However, I have to knock off a star for the length of the rope...it's just too long. I can't use it standing or sitting in a normal chair, I have to use a computer chair lowered as far down as it will go. That said, this is significantly cheaper than the $30 pulley my rehab place tried to sell me, so a little extra length isn't that bad in the scheme of things.

Helped my rotator cuff injury
Very effective and super easy to install. I injured my rotator cuff lifting batteries for large heavy equipment like cat and john deer. Saw a few videos on how to heal that cuff. This thing helped me in about a month of daily usage. Best tool I've bought in 2025
