A good screen protector
Nice and thick, application is relatively simple. Screen looks VERY nice

Bubbling & dust on the sides
Saw reviews online that spoke to the durability of the screen protector so hoping that holds up. Installation was straight forward. For some reason, bubbling remains at the top of the screen protector (minus 1 star). I am using a Otterbox Defender if anyone is curious. Update 1: Dust is catching on the sides of the screen protector (minus 1 star). Update 2: It’s been a year since install and it’s done pretty good. Unfortunately, dust finally got underneath the screen protector on the bottom and it caught hairline scratches. Being OCD, I’m going to change to another one.

Easy to install but poor durability and customer service
I purchased this screen protector, and it comes with a handy installation tool, which I found quite convenient. However, I must admit that I was disappointed by the quality of the protector itself. It tends to crack with regular use within just a few weeks. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was equally disappointing, as they refused to honor their advertised 'lifetime warranty.' I would suggest exploring alternative brands for a more reliable screen protector.

Updated review.. Went on smooth the first try and I didn’t even use the guide.
Great product. Easy to install and no bubbles. Update.. it hasn’t even been two weeks since I put it on my phone and it’s already cracked. I didn’t even drop my phone. This is not a good quality screen protector.
